I love seeing CAS tears when it comes to finally having to face an SPAA that can invalidate their usual tactics. Sincerely, an RB player who has died to CAS more times than I care to count while playing a nation with ineffective SPAA.

Justification: since it don’t have APDS anymore, it shouldn’t stay at 8.7. It has worse mobility than Gepard, it has a worse radar that don’t even has IFF, and now has less pen than the Gepard

I think cl13 could honestly be 9.0, but if 9.3’s were ever raised put it at 9.3. Ariete I can agree with that is arguably a plane of fiction with how it performs.

Understandable. I just wish they nerf it at low tier because that’s where it seems very problematic, and then buff it in this rating.
Honestly. 7.0-10.0 is just impossible to balance currently.

Reason:
With the F-15 Earlies (A/J/Baz), moving down to 12.7, with 4x IRCCMs, and 4x SARHs, the Yak-141 is now substantially outclassed, as at the same BR it only gets access to, at best 2x IRCCM, and 2x SARHs. Additionally, unlike the F-15s, those IRCCM missiles are not dogfight missiles, but instead medium range missiles. Meaning that if you wish to take IRCCM missiles and dogfight missiles, it can not take SARHs. Or vice versa, if it wishes to take its best SARHs, you can’t take IRCCM missiles, as they’re on the same pylon.

I feel like 8.0 is the best to play. You abuse the postwar jets but you don’t have to go vs the trash balancing that starts at 9.3. Might contribute slightly to 9.3 getting uptiered almost always too. Why stock grind later f86/mig15 variants when you can just use the first one that’s best for it’s rating to get through that rank?
it technically doesn’t but the chasis is already increadibly stable so 8.3 is fine
I tried a few times recently to play stuff at and about that BR, gave up
Incredibly based take. As ARB is designed as a PvP mode, I se no reason for them to have a place in it when all they do is reward a passive playstyle.

reason? ZSU-23-4 4 sits at 9.3 with 4 23mm cannons and FNF Sam’s along with 85° of elevation and search radar … Meanwhile the 701 has a single SAM that wobbles like crazy, no search radar and 35° of elevation top’d off with poor mobility… Its not even in the same league

I’d the Bradley and desert warrior are going down to 9.7 i see no reason this should be 0.7 higher, it’s ATGM launcher no longer moves up and down like the Bradley, so you’re stuck with only using it on flat maps otherwise it’ll send the Atgm to orbit, if the 40mm is the deciding factor the 9040 alone sits at 9.7 anyway.

With the removal of the APDS belt it should be moved to a position in the Tech tree where it actually fills BR gap, It doesn’t have the decent mobility of the Za-35 or gepard to fly around the map, it’s lack of search and tracking radar hurts it along with its missing laser range finder hurts it’s AA performance at 8.3 and without it’s AT belt it shouldn’t stay the same BR.

More and more people need to understand this. ARB is a PvP gamemode and the winning condition is eliminating all enemy players. Any sort of PvE is griefing your own team, especially at top tier. I would welcome a PvE gamemode for people who like that sort of gameplay, but it has no business in ARB and just makes it less fun for both types of players.
A blanket change moving the entirety of the game 9.3 and higher a step would immediately fix some things. Just need to get the 20g missiles away from 9.0. Yet they refuse to do it.
