And from my own experience, its slowness might be contributing factor, making sudden defensive maneuvers much easier than usual overspeeding F-15. Speed loss also contributes to bypassing angle gating on ARH missiles, while average F-15 if they somehow manage to notch in time, missile frequently rides in angle gating counteracting chaffing. And there datalink may or may not help updating IOG.
Yes 23ml literally goes like 1600 km/hr at 11.7, and also turn really well once you get to the low wing sweep. Has less and worse quality(?) radar missiles than other 12.0, but it’s the tradeoff for the speed and turn.

Yeah but the viggen isnt a tornado, that in itself makes it better lol. that and my sea harrier being at 13.0, nothing can move down before that.

You’re right it should be 13.7
Q-5L should get 2x Fox-2s (ideally PL-7s) and go up to the same BR as the A-5C, currently 10.7.
I say “same as A-5C” because there is debate about whether A-5C is overtiered (but I personally do ok with it there).
