BR Changes I recommend:
USA:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The AGS should either go down in BR to 11.7 or 11.3, OR receive M900 since it is now at an astoundingly high rating of 12.0
HSTV-L should receive it’s better ammo (Either Delta 4 or Delta 6). I feel this would help it keep up with all the armor at the BR or go down to 11.7 BR. This thing cannot deal with the Terminator at point blank range even side on most of the time (Yes, I am not shooting in the same place when I do penetrate it)
RDF-LT should go down to 11.7 BR because it is ultimately a worse HSTV-L with it’s worse speed and handling (Or be one BR step below the HSTV-L If the HSTV-L gets lowered as well).
The LVT(A)(1)(M24) should go up to maybe 3.0 or 3.3 BR as it is very good with it’s Sherman gun And a stabilizer.
P-59A I believe is not a very fast accelerating plane at all and it barely climbs. I would like to see it go back to 5.3 BR so it can keep up.
EFV should go down in BR to at most 9.0 or 8.7 BR as it is such a large vehicle with tons of downsides other than the gun which is okay.
The XF5U-1 should most definitely go down in BR from 5.3 to either 5.0 or 4.7 as it does not perform well engine wise and it’s only good feature is the turn rate which lowers it’s speed so fast anyways.

TO-55 should be put up to 8.3 BR as it handles the same as the T-55A at 8.3, it just has a flame thrower
2S38 I feel should at least go to 11.0 Preferably as it is a menace to everything. It is way too capable at it’s current/Not Updated battle rating.
Terminator (BMPT’s(Both of them)) should be raised to, in my opinion, at least 12.0, however, if it recieves the APFSDS belt (If it could even use it…), then I think 12.3 would be a better option.

The Turm III Should be at least 8.7 BR because it is an amazing vehicle at the 8.3 range. It has a 30mm cannon, stabilizer, and a 5 second reload. It is kind of insane how good it is.
The PzH 2000 should REALLY go up in Battle rating from 7.7 to 8.0/8.3 at least I feel as it has wonderful gun handling, great mobility and a very fast reload.

Great Britain Vickers Mk.7 has 10.4 seconds reload speed on second ammo rack, but it has only 3 first ammo rack. 😭
Its so painful to play on 10.4 seconds reload.
Please, increase reload speed on second ammo rack.
(P.S after loader and comander death, reload speed drops to stock Conqeror level)

All versions of tornados with aim9l and laser bombs should go 11.3 since their air combat abilities are same as 11.3 versions

The 2S38 is literally fine, the T-80UD is an actual problem unlike the 2S38.
Agreed, the TURM III singlehandedly ruins the 8.3 - 7.3 bracket.

Certified skill issue from the guy who died in that video lol. It’s not the merit of the missile so much as massive pilot error. A 7P would do the same.
It should get APFSDS for the 30mm imo
4 tandem missiles at 10.0 aren’t enough

It can’t compete with the 7.0 jets. While it certainly outclimbs them its maneuverability is very poor and it gets outran by all of them. It’s hard to do a lot if people don’t take climb stall bait when you’re above them

Vehicle has too many countermeasures and is a fighter with strike fighter capabilities also swedish bias it should go up since its too strong.

Literally what do I need to say about this plane, its equivalents are the Su-27S and Su-33
Both of those vehicles are vastly better in flight performance, avionics and have more of the same missiles
There is absolutely no reason for the MiG-29 to be at the exact same battle rating.
It is one of if not the worst 4th gen fighters for dogfighting, has SPO-15 with low countermeasure count and just two long-range (although good) Fox-1s with R-73s letting it carry 6 missiles max (2x Fox-1, 4x Fox-2 or 6x Fox-2)
Compared to Su-27S which has up to 6 of the same Fox-1s allowing for 4 R-73s on a vastly better airframe with 98x large caliber countermeasures
Then with the Su-33 there are up 8 of the same Fox-1 with 4 R-73 and while it has just 48x Large caliber countermeasures, it has a digital RWR which lets you reliably identify enemies and notch fox-1s or fox-3s.
Not to mention both flankers having significantly better fuel amounts compared to the MiG-29, able to carry more fuel than the fulcrum (including the fulcrum’s fuel tank) easily, letting them fly around longer in a match

What new flight model? The flight model is currently performing very closely to the manuals.
It is nothing more than a dream to expect it to improve by any amount except in thrust which is artificially reduced.
Funny. Is that all? I thought you were going to raise the Battle Rating for Ground Forces as well. All these changes are just ridiculous. Right now the entire Russian tree is simply an overpowered, completely unbalanced mess. You need to raise the Ground Forces BR to 13.7 and spread out the top-tier SPAA. If this is everything you planned, it’s just laughable and disappointing. I expected much more serious balance changes.

Too big and slow to get near most naval targets, a sitting duck for anything with VT (or even TF at closer ranges). At 4. 3 you are much better off taking a PE-8 and lobbing a FAB5000 from afar if you want to suffer.

While it have one of the worst flight models in the game of helicopters, it still have access to ATGM that have a range of 4km. This means it has the ability to stay out of the effective range of even radar SPAA and being able to shoot ATGM at them uncontesed, makes this really powerful.
good thing Aim 7P is on more than 1 plane thats not a premium OH WAIT
