That’s correct, they should stay on their BR: they have good armor but much slower than analogues from other nations. It will make difficult to use them against modern MBTs like T-80, because 9.3 plays against 10.3-10.0 most of the time.

Missile kits and overall climb/acceleration performance is what matters more. The regular Su-30SM is better than Gripen E overall, so by that standard the Su-30SM should go up too? Nonsense.
I had someone argue with me and say the begleit is comparable to the bmp3 bc both have an atgm and the begleit has a better gun. And he told me it was irrelevant that the begleit couldnt fire the atgm on the move. Anyone who thinks the begleit is comprarable to the russian monsters is just lying

They’re extermely good for observation without exposing your vehicle. Just because you dont utilize the commander-sight often doesnt mean it isnt a considerable advantage.
Again, its extremely useful in the right situations against vehicles without thermals, which can be used together with thermals to gain a considerable advantage.
Also just flat out wrong, APHE still has significantly higher fragmentation count, angular distribution and the same fragment damage as APCBC (if you desperately need it, I can link the changelog that proves the fragment damage being the same).
Once again 2S38 also has APFSDS, I am solely mentioning the APHE so much because its the worse option on 2S38 but already significantly better than the best option on Begleit.

- Remove 2 x 20mm cannons and replace those with another 2 x 0.50 cal guns.
Reasoning: XP-55 was historically never meant to use 20mm cannons, as stated in my bug report. With the loss of cannons, lowering BR would be more fair for those owners.
