This seems like the perfect time to do something to the Leclerc series considering they’re so obviously weak compared to almost every other top tier MBT. Id recomend giving SXXI and AZUR access to OFL 120 F2 (finally) and moving them to 12.0 while leaving S1 and S2 at 11.7 without F2

J-7D is really fine at its BR and, it was good counterpart of MiG-21bis because of its missiles.
Spam PL-5s against 9.7s or even 10.0 is pretty insane.
Only need thing is move J7E to 11.3.

I’d say it’s fairer than the KV-1E / KV-1B that are at 4.0 still.

Reason: Poor protection, slowest reload time, only 577mm shell penetration, just recently, the main armor of the ZTZ99A was weakened by 200KE, and GAIJIN did not come up with any reason. This is not an emotionally charged report, but a fact. Think about it! If you’ve ever played with the tanks of the Chinese faction, you’ll think I’m right.

Air Realistic, F8U-2. 10.0 > 10.7. F8U-2 is better than the F-4C (proposed 10.3), Mitsubishi F-1 (10.3), Mirage 5BA (10.7), and Shahak (10.0). It faces planes that are slower and cannot do anything about its missiles. It is practically the same as the F8E at 10.7 without the radar missiles, but since the team in charge of balancing are okay with putting planes with superior missile loadouts (F-14A vs F-14A IRIAF) at the same battle rating, this should not be a problem

They have better armor than all other KV-1’s so they definitely could be the same BR as the 4.7 KV’s, worse pen for better armor(by a lot) or less armor for 8mm more pen

No. if anything, it should go down to same BR as XM803 since that 20mm is way to situational to deserve a 0.3 BR increase.

5 bullpups with a capable airframe is too good for 8.7, bullpups are far better then nords as well, can outrange and defeat all SPAA at its current BR.

Air RB. F-4C. 10.7 > 10.0. This plane is absolutely terrible at 10.7 or even 10.3. Even the 9.7 Mig21s can farm this plane at any altitude. Please either consider giving it chaff or moving it to 10.0. Gaijin, you have gutted base bombing, making this plane more attractive so players would play it as a fighter is all the more better. This plane has a terrible FM, mediocre missiles, no internal gun, useless radar for the Fox1 it carries. If the 2 Mig21s at 9.7 can have 4 Fox1s with excellent FMs, then this thing can at least stay at 10.0.

How is it a player Problem? No vehicle should have 2 meters worth of armor or other absurd values due to flawed volumetric. It violates physics and historical accuracy! How is Gaijin’s incompetence a skill issue of me?!
GRB, VEXTRA 105 . 9.7 > 10.3. add historical APFSDS, NOT a Joker at 9.7

Air Realistic, F-104G (China). 10.7 > 10.3. The F-104J is at 10.3 with the same flight performance and 2x more missiles. A plane that is objectively better should not be at a lower battle rating.

Nah it doesn’t need any upgrades if it stuck at 11.3BR.
Just compare against other 11.3 jets such as F104S.
Ground RB, Pantsir-S1, 11.7> 12.0. Really capable air defense system, should be put in top tier.

reasoning: the british sea hawk lack the air to air missiles that the other 2 have while having a very mid performance for the br, the f2h that performs about the same as the sea hawk is at 7.3

Ground RB , PUMA VJTF 11.0(as proposed) > 10.7
The Addition of the Spike Lr2 hasn’t warrented that the PUMA VJTF should be higher than for examples, Namer 30, Vilkas, 2S38 and the Bmp 2m,
lack of proper Armor and Detailed Interior causes you to be easily disable and then be killed in current battle rating

Vehicle: Lancaster B Mk I & Lancaster B MK III
Gamemode: Air Realistic & Air Sim
BR Change: ARB: 5.3 → 4.7 & ASB 5.7/6.0 → 5.3
Reason: The Lancaster has almost no defensive capability and it’s BR is set purely by the fact it has a high bomb load. Its BR needs to drop down to a point where its limited defensive suite can actually be utelised effectively, enabling the Lancaster to maybe use some of those bombs.
