Ground realistic battles, VEAK 40. 7.7 > 7.3
At its current BR, the VEAK 40 has a combination of weak radar (poor elevation, lack of IFF, and lack of TWS due to no separate tracking radar/IRST), poor rate of fire, and slow shell velocity, which limit its effectiveness at downing aircraft.
ZSU-37-2 Yenisei, the only other SPAA that shares its BR of 7.7, has nearly double the rate of fire, (501 rpm vs. 300 rpm), higher shell velocity (1000 m/s vs. 850 m/s), higher explosive mass (56.98 g vs. 44 g), and higher ammo count (540 vs. 420).
Even with all these advantages, Yenisei is not a particularly remarkable SPAA, so it’s inappropriate for VEAK 40 to share its BR despite being significantly less effective.
Air Realistic, F-104G (China) 10,7 >10,3
Has no flares unlike other F-104Gs and has less AIM-9J missiles than F-104J has AIM-9Ps
In this AIM-9P equal near equal to an AIM-9J as AIM-9P has radar slaving while AIM-9J doesn’t
Spacing the worse top MBTs from the top ones around 11.3 is a good idea to me. Type 90, Leo 2A5/PL, Ariete PSO/C1, T-80Us, M1A1 etc
Try the other nations which have the Ah64, there are worse nations than isreal when it comes to the A
Tornado MFG, WTD61 and A200 are all 10.3 with 2x Aim-9ls and a flight performance that destroys the Jaguar IS. 2x Magic IIs really arent that good, especially as most aircraft at that BR have plenty of CMs. But making it 10.7 turns it from a totally useless paper-wieght, to an acutally viable aircraft to be added to the now 10.7 ground line-up.

reason: the AMX A-1A is a sidegrade to the TT AMX, while the missiles do pull a bit more than the 9L they lack the range of the 9L or an IRCCM

All those 10.3 Tornados do not have Laser-guided munitions at 10.3. The Magic 2s are very potent if you actually are able to get behind an enemy jet. Since the Jaguar has a delta-wing type design, it can gain massive AOA for a little while, allowing you to do that.
I have run out of likes but agree 100%, F104A/C should bo go to 9.7 as they even with the nerf have far better flight models then the majorty of 9.3 and with proper play style (BaZ) it does not effect them, they are other 9.3s that need to go up but I will make seperate posts.

Reason: The only thing this plane has going for it is flight performance and bomb load, but this is Air RB, bomb load does not matter if your team is already gone by the time you’re done bombing. Yes, it should be one of the best dogfighter at it’s br, but only in a one circle. If the engagement is prolonged even lower br’ed planes can deal with it, easily e.g. A5C, J7E, F8E, F5C/E. The biggest flaw with the Kfir Canard, in uptiers, is it lacks a J band RWR and reduced countermeasure count. It’s almost impossible to survive to the end in a 12.3 missile spam game.

Reason: It has the same 105mm gun as M1 Abrams with protection of M1A1 but with worse round. It’s BR should be between these two tanks, not the same as M1A1 that has 120mm gun.
Conte di Cavour: 7.0 → 6.7 all gamemodes
She is practically the same as Duilio and is just a sidegrade in AAA weapons and secondary turrets layout, makes no sense to be 7.0 when Duilio is 6.7
there are 7 aircraft with ARH missiles E:(that it would see at 12.0), 3 of which are being uptiered with the proposed changes. The A-10C is also capable to defeat them easily thanks to high CM count, good RWR and MAW.
