Reasoning:
If we take CAS planes at 10.7 such as AJS37, A-10A Late and A-6E as a prime examples of 10.7 CAS aricraft, then in comparison with them Su-17M4/22M4 is arguably on par and should be lowered in BR accordingly.
Looks like F-15E/I is missing from the list. They should go to 14.3 along with EFTs and Rafale.
Su-30SM is fine at 14.0. The air-frame is nowhere comparable to other 14.3 planes.

fix its armor hole, addon ufp KE multiplier and give it its realistic D-tech armor, it is currently better than many 12.0 MBT, so it should be at least 0.3 br higher than 12.0 while also use this opportunity to fix its armor

Reasoning:
If we take planes at 13.7 such as F-15C, F-15J(M), F-16C and Su-27SM as a prime examples of 13.7 aricraft, then in comparison with them Su-34 is arguably worse and shouldn’t be raised in BR. Since it’s a boat of plane, the definition of missile bus and bad one at that.
GRB, PzH 2000/ PzH 2000HU, 7.7 → 8.0
Reason: very good Mobility, Good Firerate, Laser rangefinder, it should not be able to fight against 6.7
GRB, VIDAR: 8.0 → 8.3
Reason: It has very good mobility, Gen.3 TVD, Laser rangefinder and good firerate, it should go up an step just like the PzH 2000
Please make Super Etendard for ground RB 11.0 to ==> 10.7.
You destroy the new French line up 10.7 and 10.7 is ok for this plane for GRB in my opinion.

It has worse armour, has no autoloader, and no thermals comparative to its American cousin (XM8), so it shouldn’t be the same BR because the performance doesn’t reflect this

Reasoning:
The strengthened armor from the NERA is already compensated by its subpar mobility even with the mine protection removed. They are also almost the same with Merkava Mk.2B, which are still 9.7.

9.0->9.3
Ever since wing ripping was “removed” the planes suffering from it have become strong. F4D has way too good performance compared to some other 9.0’s, alongside carrying 4 missiles while opponents usually carry 2. It’s only limitation is the ammo and weird gun placement. It seriously is at the same rating as hunter f1/j34??
Tiger 2 vmax and hp/t going down so much is just hilarious and completely unnecessary. German teams are already struggling and this change would just be a death knell to them. Begleitpanzer moving to 9.7 while bmp-3 and bmd-4 stay and 9.0 and 9.3 is delusional and completely unbalanced
What an amazing change! Both great for the 13.0 roster and the 12.7 area too! Very good set of changes (even the ayit getting a br increase… itll still be decent at 9.7)
