It could receive M900 and then go up to 12.0.
That thing looks like an upgraded 2A4.
By the way, 2A4 needs Ace crew to reload every 6s.

Reasoning:
T95E1 always felt like odd one out when compared to US 8.3/8.7 lineup.
While I firmly believe that just because vehicle can see uptiers doesnt make it bad, in this case im going to say T95E1 has NO business seeing T-72s in a uptier.
Its kit is mid at best and the lack of stabilizer condems this vehicle to completly passive playstyle.
Fact that AOS sits at the same BR and mere 0.4 BR higher there is RISE (P) which does everything T95E1 does but better doesnt help its situation.
Its one of those vehicles I spaded and immidiately threw away because the experience was just so god damn awful.
At 8.0 it could at least form lineup with M60 and have some use there.

Is the weight of the VT5 and Type 90 the same? What does the Vt5 rely on to counter the Type 90? Should he rely on his reconnaissance drone to crash into it or on his thermal imaging? Wouldn’t you be willing to stick your entire family’s ashes on the VT5 to increase its armor-piercing resistance by 0.5?

Object 140
(RB) 8.3-8.7 → NO CHANGE
The Object 140 functions well as a sidegrade to the T-55, lacking APFSDS but in turn gaining a better AP shell. To move it to 8.7, where it is far less equipped to deal with enemies than TURM III at 8.3, is nonsensical, as it is a tank that lacks the technology to deal with any uptier to 9.7.

The AMX-32 itself current is not superior to any of the same BR MBT, especially when considering it as a mobile-long range sniper MBT.
The leopard 1a5 and OF-40 MTCA is both superior in firepower, using DM33s with 421 pen at 0m vs AMX-32 at 395 at 0m. The reload is the same as well.
At the same time, gaijin you specifically destroyed any sense of good gun handling by fixing a 10X scope in addition to small FOV and black edges around the gunner view, making it damn near impossible to engage at close range without missing the target due to terrible gun-raising issues of 3rd person, or overwhelm with debris and terrain.
The only “outstanding” point is a 20mm coaxial cannon, which fires a mix of HE and HVAP (terrible shattering) that is only effective against tracking, occasionally super light armor (which is already being penned by 12.7mm MG) and occasion barrel breaking.
The mobility itself is only “good” on paper. Gaijin yourself specifically gutted the transmission and track-resistant on it and made acceleration absolutely terrible and no where near reflecting its 20hp P/W, reflecting worse sluggishness compare to leopard 1a5 and not to mention OF-40 or MBT-70s.
There is no outstanding armour as well. It gets penetrated and one shot by same BR darts just as easily as any other same BR sniper MBT, being worse than KPZ70 or XM803.
In fact, both AMX-32 requires a buff in mobility and gunner sight configuration.

Reasoning:
It is nearly an Copy of the other BO, but has worse missiles, lowering it to 9.0 would also allow it to be used in the 9.0 lineup, hopefully this way this BO would be played more as currently there is not an single reason to play it over the other BO 105

It gets 4 effectively invisible missiles with strong IRCCM, a 360° MAWS with no blindspots and an advanced HMD with IFF capability, high amount of countermeasures and great visibility, it also gets a high amount of A2G weaponry with the GBU-39
While it is quite slow I don’t think it is an issue since it can turn well and it is a ground attacker

change: remove br change. as a light tank, its protection is far worse than Type 90, and also slower firibg rate. though with better ammo but that ammo doesn’t provide more penetration area.
it’s still a new tank considering that not many people get it by squad, except some “top players”, their data is not so referanceable.

Not much different than now isn’t it with things like the F-104? Last man standing, buzzes around doing nothing, and people win by ground pounding or merc’ing the F-104 on takeoff. Same strategy with the Yak-28. If anything this will give me a reason to grind the Yak-28 now.
Absolutely not, the F15 is a flying brick with OK missiles at best, the SU30SM gets some of the most OP missiles and flight performance.

The engine change for the tiger 2 is stupid as well. Can’t believe they went through with this change, I have seen with my own eyes that the thing can move faster than 34 kmph!!!

Merkava 2D and Sabra shouldn’t be 10.3. Their armor and mobility are too weak for that BR, and with Merkava 1/2 at 9.7, if I don’t own the 2D, I’m stuck running only a Sabra at 10.3, which is a terrible experience.

FGR.2 should get its Aim-9Ls then it can stay at 12.0
FGR.1 and the Junk can go down to 11.7 respectively.
I agree with the Hunter F1 and F6 going down in BR, have the Harrier GR.1 also go down in BR.
Even with its missiles the Swift F7 at 8.7 barely made sense since the missiles were trash anyways.
I agree with the Tornados except for maybe the GR.4 since its ground ordnance is pretty decent and 10.7 tanks should NOT be facing Brimstones.
