f1c is 12.0 bc it has great missiles but bad airframe. The m2k has the same great missies but a better airframe

Currently, the A-4E lacks a 9.3 tank lineup, and conversely, the 9.0 tank lineup lacks good CAS.
Moving the A-4E to 9.0 won’t effect its performance, but it will give it a better lineup to play with.

The lock warning shows up if the enemies radar can detect I band which pretty sure all 12.0 rwrs can
the centerline pylon has a 15g ir missile that has a 2 second guidence delay I dont think you are losing out on alot here

Very strong seeker that can stick to flaring afterburning f4 even from 2km and it has nice range

Why not? It wouldn’t be overpowered at 9.0, and it won’t be facing any different SPAA. It also lacks a lineup at 9.3.
it still has two TV bombs, which make this plane already untouchable for 8.3 SPAA
It has only two, and they only track moving targets if you’re really close, like 2-3 miles or closer. The only targets you’re gonna kill are campers (let’s be honest they deserve to be bombed) or blind SPAA players that didn’t realize you dropped.

6km is roughly 4 miles, and it’s lower for smaller vehicles, e.g Ozelot.
