Can’t break up that 10.3 Premium/Squadron vehicle line-up. You get the TURMS, the Su-25K, the BMP-2M, and the 2S38. It has to be purely for monetization reasons.
They went up to 8.0 after more players started playing them due to repair cost reductions.
Char 25t has over 6.7 million games played.
It’s in the same popularity area as Type 69, Ratal 20, OF-40, T20, Porsche Tiger, Strv 103A…

USA 7.0 is far more busted

OSA is meh
Strela and 2s38 are well balanced.
Bmp-2M is more meh than balanced. You usually die to one hit, like all of these
Bmd -4 is good but only 4 ATGMs is very limiting.

In comparison to the A5 it retains energy better.
Not having slats is a advantage in this case while the all flying tail is allowing for the necessary pull.
I’m wondering why Merkava MK2D went to 10.3? The 72AV/96AP, which is also 10.3, has dual high-definition thermal imaging and at least 457 steel needles 125mm APFSDS, while the Merkava 2D only has a 105mm penetration depth of 430mm, and this weight is quite easy to go to 11.3, and the front engine can’t resist many shells. If it’s 10.3, give a steel pin like the M900, or keep the BR at 10.0

F-15J(M) 13.7 → 14.0
The plane is VERY capable. Literally the better F-15C having the same engines, being 800KG lighter which results in F-15J(M) having a significantly better flight performance in both kinetic and turning capabilities. AND on top of that it has 4x AAM-4 which are in every way better than AIM-120A (stronger pull, better acceleration, more powerful warhead). And that’s I’m not considering the IR missiles, which are better as well…
Compared to F-15E it’s a literall sidegrade - having better turnrates, while having slightly worse kinetic performance. And the difference in weapons still the same with F-15J(M) being just better.
So are the SKRs in the sowjet coastal tree overlooked again? 😅 If the Köln and the Lübeck go up then so should the SKRs, and they should have gone up a long time ago.

I agree that they’re no reason to inflate a vehicles BR, though. Especially since the more reliable tandem-warhead ATGM slingers begin around 8.3 (ZT3A2) and 9.0 (AFT09).
I’m using the ZT3A2 and it works pretty well, in fact if the maps were much larger and better made I wouldn’t have a problem raising the Br to 10.0 or so. The only problem I see is that it seems that at long distances the missile reacts late, with the sight you correct the aim but the missile takes almost a second to correct itself, continuing straight towards the position where you were aiming before, although it seems to happen only with small corrections.

Yeah. The one benefit is it allows you to swing the missile around corners and so at close range. I think I use it in situations where I’m not firing across the map most of the time.
I mean he is not wrong about the Su-34 point he is replying to. If the F-16A OCU and J-11A can be 13.7 as is, the Su-34 absolutely doesn’t need any buffs when moving to 13.7.
