eh both kinda. Also its hard to tell what variant T-34-85 is ingame, because the old model had the bump in the turret which was from the eletrical system of the M1945, but the new version looks a lot more like the M1944. These variants differe a lot in capabilities so its both

Namer and Puma have superior protection when compared to the kf-41. Namer And Puma and easily resist fire from a frontal auto cannon assault, As well as having a crewless turret significantly increasing the survivability whilst hull down.
On top of this the Namer is another level above the Puma in terms of protection with the Upper front plate impenetrable up to and beyond 125mm HEATFS at point blank

Hell no. The KF41 is absolutely terrible
Vehicle: RN Eugenio di Savoia
BR Change: 5.3->5.3 (I.E. dont increase to 5.7)
Reason: This ship is almost exactly the same as the RN Raimondo Montecuccoli. There are a few very minor differences, but in some ways RN Raimondo Montecuccoli is better and some ways RN Eugenio di Savoia is better. These minute trade-offs in addition to the being almost the EXACT same ship in layout, guns, capability, etc is why they are both 5.3.
There is not reason to increase to BR of this is Raimondo Montecuccoli is not going up either, and they both should stay at 5.3 where they perform well, but aren’t too overpowered.
The 152/53mm already struggle a little bit in a full uptier against early battleships, and would struggle a lot more against 6.7 battleships.

Its definitely easier to kill than a puma, the CV90 MK.IV is the weakest armor and least survivable of the bunch with the weakest gun.
I believe that vehicles with F&F missiles should have a uniformly higher BR.
It is true that the KF41 has less defense than the Namer and PUMA, but the firepower is equal.
