We can see more usage of MiG-27M in this BR and can use the ground strike fighter to play alongside Su-25 and bring new life to it.

The F-15E does not deserve to be the same BR in ARB as the Rafale or Eurofighter.
I’d also like the see the Su-25BM go down to 10.7 in ground.

Dedicated Fighter Aircraft should not be balanced based on CAS capability in ground battles.
Same 11.3 with F-4E with better CAS capability? F-5E should be at 11.0

CAS is not the only role aircraft can play in a ground battle. Some Aircraft can easily be utilized for other roles, such as anti-CAS.
It’s not irrelevant, its an all rounder.
It’s weaponry is workable, though a bit limiting.
The flight model is great, not the best sure but up there.
Radar is a bit finnicky sometimes but the absolute abundance of countermeasures allows you to do a lot of things.
