If you plan to raise a short-range flack without radar to 11.7 and thus also fall out of a playable lineup and Japan again has no more flak from 9.3 to the end
Then I expect you to raise the Strella flack, which operates in the same way, by at least 1 BR for all nations.
The same applies to the 2S38 which operates in the same way as an Otomatic at 11.3 only a complete BR further down.
So step up the 2S38 or step down the Otomatic to 10.7

Reason: The APDS on this vehicle is extremely threatening and I believe it needs to be modified. I suggest that instead of removing the APDS for this vehicle, the BR be set to 7.7.

True, only larpers use APHE instead of APDS or darts at 8.3 and above, but I guess this is off topic.

Also its round would be insufficient to deal with targets in uptiers.

Currently it’s worse than the PAH-1A1 in every way but at the same BR. And it’s even worse than the Tzefa B which is at 9.0.

Merkava 1 and 2 armour is definitely better than the Leopard 1, AMX-30 and the like.

Change: 9.7 > 9.7
Reasoning: The Merkava Mk.2D is a durable vehicle due to its armor and module layout. However, it is not excellent when looking at firepower and armor, and does not perform as well as a BR 10.0 deserves. I suggest that this vehicle should not be changed from BR 9.7.
