Pz.35(t) Reload speed from 3.3 → 2.6 (or so) sec.

It is in every aspect a light tank: Light armor (16-25mm), light crew (4), low survivability duo to small size, light armarment, the 3,7 cm gun of quite low velocity of 675m/s and relatively low penetration, 52mm top.

However it doesnt have the main advantage of light tanks: Speed, its quite slow with 33 km/h.

While many other guns of the size have either same OR FASTER reload, they also have more power, but this gun neither has speed or power:

37mm M3/M5/M6 guns 2.9 Sec

45mm 20-K 2.9 sec (on T-80 even 2.5 sec)

4 cm QF 2 pdr 2.8 sec
4,7 cm QF 3 pdr 3.0 sec

4,7 cm Type 1 3.3 sec

4 cm MAVAG 41.M 40/51 2.8 sec
4,7 cm 47/32 2.9-3.0 sec
4,7 cm 47/40 3.3 sec

4,7 cm SA 35 L/32 3.0 Sec (with Dedicated loader, without 4.0 sec (1 man turret))
4,7 cm SA 37 3.0 sec

You are completely leaving out the massive human influence aspect…

Most folks that actually have the TT abrams and know how to use it do extremely well with them.
The issue is too many people use them wrong.
Not the tanks issue.

We don’t really have data available to us on a granular level like the M829A2 does better than whatever the Ariete uses.

The ariete uses DM53 out of an L/44 caliber cannon

The M829A2 has higher penetration values out of an L/44 caliber cannon.

The abrams is a better tank than the ariete.

You are trolling or seriously do not understand the game to say otherwise.

shockingly , not, this is why majority of the playerbase believe balancing off of.player stats is the wrong way to balance.
