Slightly less mobile but has ERA which is a fair tradeoff. Both should share the same BR.
That’s why you have 16 of them. Draining missiles from any AA is super easy with it.

Reasoning:
I find it unfair that the is6 should face fully stabilized tanks with tough armour and acces to apfsds and heatfs, and even laser rangefinders. Every time i see a t55m, ztz56, m60 aos or (p) i just cant do anything against them and i dont find it fair. Since you moved up in br T55s because it was unfair for 7.7 players, why not think about ussr too and make 7.7 IS tanks, especially the IS6 7.3, they are already kinda sluggish and have a 20 second reload, and their armour becomes irrelevant in 8.7.

Pantsir and other AAs can’t kill properly played helicopters. You have more missiles as well and can rearm easier and faster.
Israeli helicopter is so busted that it can keep multiple AAs busy while they get dunked on by other CAS.

AH has 32 missiles after a 10s replenishment on the helipad which easily beats the 24 Pantsir has.
You don’t have to be an UFO to drop down 10m and hide behind a hill after you receive MAW.
Spikes are more than enough to kill light targets and 16 of them is enough to spam enemy radar with contacts, keeping them busy and away from friendly CAS.

Definitely agree here, if we got say, 12.7 for ground, then we could truly see some decompression and then maybe these tanks wouldn’t be so improprely balanced.
Like the merkava mk2s going to 9.7 is something im genuinely glad to see, at 9.3 they just stomped really easily (regardless of what folks say, stuff like the vickers mk3 got stomped by the merkavas)
However, they now will see the likes of leopard 2a4 and M1 abrams again, which did, and will now again slaughter them.
TKX (P) as well, going to 11.7 finally allows 10.3 to be free of one problem tank, but thus kills its as theres no lineup for it, no point in using it either with the type 90s as it would prevent them seeing 10.3!
It’s laughable at best, you’ve got no movement on things like the T64B, The M1A2.
The Leopard 2K is now once again the same BR as the AMX40 and such when its objectively still better than them, but you cant put it 10.3 as it will then see the likes of 11.3 in the type 90s.
The Shir 2 genuinely now should get the L23A1 round to compensate for seeing stuff miles ahead of it in the T90A and ZTZ 99s (mbt 2000 as well) not sure how many 11.0s are even left anymore.

they have composite hulls, better armour, better reloads (Last i checked) far better ammunitions, better speed / mobility as well.
See where im going? every single tree / every single BR has tanks that are at the same BR but are massively outleagued (or doing) their contenders.

Most of their mid and high tier tanks are sleeper vehicles that perform much better than many think.

itpsv is almost always used to push very agressively at the start of the match. you cant compare its kd to a slow AA that does most of its work passively sitting back and killing aircraft.
you have to always account for both, you just cannot look at one of the two.
give itpsv AHEAD and put it at 9.0.
Merkava Mk.2D: receive M426, its historical shell.
Since there is an insistence on bumping this tank’s BR higher and higher for no objective reason every time, at least it should have at 10.0 the same shell that many 9.3s already have.

Yeah idm the FV4030 going to 10.0, it’s the fact that the T-64B gets to remain at 9.7 that is the issue.
