Change: 12.7 → 12.3/12.0
Reasoning: The Mirage 4000 aircraft and other aircraft with the same RB in ARB mode, such as the Su-33 and F-15A, should be placed at the same RB in GRB. Although the Mirage 4000 has stronger ground attack capabilities, its radar, semi-active missiles, and infrared dogfight missiles are inferior. It also lacks a helmet-mounted sight. Overall, it is balanced (as an air superiority heavy fighter, it sacrifices part of its air-to-air performance in exchange for ground attack capability).
In addition, the French Mirage 2000-5F is also at 12.7 in GRB. It features a better radar, helmet-mounted sight, MICA missiles, a high-definition thermal targeting pod, and fire-and-forget ground attack weapons. It is significantly superior to the Mirage 4000, so I believe lowering the BR of the Mirage 4000 is both reasonable and urgent!

8.0 to 7.7
The char25T should go back to 7.7 for a number of reasons, one it faces many opponents that are technologically superior in nearly every way. Such as the T55s and XM803s that have kinetic penetrators exceeding 300/350mm while the char only has 200mm APHE, no stabiliser and no laser rangefinder. It was never overpowered at 7.7 it was able to be taken out by alot of tanks at 6.7 and its round was able to be stopped by most armour configurations at 7.7, being at 8.0 made it fight more advanced tanks while being inferior itself. I understand its speed and reload was a factor but that was its only upside. Please let us have it back. It was great to use it since it was one of the only tanks in France 7.7 to have a APHE round.

nah its okay to move it up. i regularly get 10 kill games with it, its only downside being its armor. moving it up really only ruins your full even 8.7 line up

BR Change: 13.3 > 13.0
Reasoning: The inferior avionics of the early Su-27 series (poor RWR, poor radar) make it unviable in the current Sim matchmaker, as currently, these jets will always face 13.7 and 14.0, which makes these planes obsolete as there is no reason to fly them out as opposed to the Su-27SM or the J-11A/B.
Here we go again. Another attempt to save heavy bombers.

At its current BR Tu-4 constantly meets planes, that are way faster and often armed with air-to-air missiles. Tu-4 can’t win matches or play effectively, because if enemy team ignores you, you’ll never get any kills. Also, there are many fast planes with bombs and airspawns on close BRs, that can reach bases much faster, so bombing on Tu-4 is also worthless.

Raising the AMX-40 tank to 10.0 is unacceptable. Compared to the Leopard 2K, its sight magnification, protection, and turret rotation speed are all significantly worse. The AMX-40 should not be raised in RB, or at the very least, it should receive some buffs.

BR: 6.0→6.0 but give its airspawn back, or move it down to 5.7
Being an interceptor in-game, it lost its airspawn a while back. There’s honestly no reason for it, as its flight performance is rather poor compared to counterparts such as the hornet, who has an airspawn.
You are not the only one and it’s because:
A) someone has already posted the reports
B) I asked that it be kept on topic. These reports have nothing to do with the topic.

Abrams is currently having a hard time with just M774 APFSDS. M774 is not enough to deal with 10.7+ targets. So M1 Abrams should receive M833 to make it playable again.
