In arcade: aircraft need to perform like in realistic.
I have a vision about Arcade battles with realistic performance but with arcade mechanics.
Of course you can do that when the others 6.7 go to 7.0 aswell.
Mode: Air Realistic Battles
Aircraft: B7A2 (Homare 23)
Change: 3.7 → 4.0
Reasoning: I’ve played this aircraft a lot in Air RB, and I must admit, it’s a monster with airspawn, giving it an uncontested energy advantage. This aircraft dominates every Air RB match with its ridiculously good flight performance, which allows it to hold its own against Bf-109Fs and XP-50s. It can easily intercept and destroy bombers, often outdoing other fighters. I consistently net 5-8 kills per match in this thing, which speaks volumes.

Aircraft: Yak-2 KABB (USSR)
2.3 → 3.0
Great firepower, has an airspawn and decent climb rate. It is easy to use and extremely strong against low tier aircraft with poor climb rates, poor speed, and often poor firepower as well.
Leopard 2A7/Strv 122B 12.0 → 12.7
By far the strongest MBTs in the game rendering everything else obsolete.
the tiger 2h is significantly better than most 6.7 tanks
Few km/h does not reason to have 3 different brs all should be 7.3. V3 has best turn rate but still the 10km/h differences and slightly better turn are nothing when things at its current br 8.0 have 200-300 km/h more and even quided missiles.

Vehicle: Pantsir S1
BR Change: 12.0 > 13.0
Reasoning: overpowered SAM, most-effective missiles in range, damage and control, the best radar, additional 4 cannons for close quarters defence. Too easy to operate, cheap to respawn and too hard to overcome.
The best move would be to disable it until introduction of IRIS-T, Spyder, VL MICA SAMs. 2K22 was a good enough top-class SAM for USSR/Russia tech tree. All top jet attackers (except russian) are literally useless after 10.7.
Change BR of the first Challenger 2 from 11.7 to 11.3.
A very peculiar vehicle that doesn’t stand out in any way at 11.3 poor mobility, APFSDS worse than M829A1, and many weak spots on the hull.
At 11.7 it looks weak, and the only thing saving it is its survivability even that is very random
Ground RB, SIDAM 25 (Mistral) , BR 9.7→9.3, The Mistral is very unreliable and the machine gun has low APDS, making it difficult to fight for long with additional ammo boxes. In addition, the bad weather makes it hard to lock on to recon UAVs and difficult to get kills on them. You can differentiate the armament by making the SANTAL, which has radar, and this guy, which only has IRST lock, the same BR. I would very much appreciate it.

I expect decompression for air tbh
All FOX-3 owners move at 0.3 BR higher. For example F15A or F15J with 13.0 without FOX3 missiles and HPS, without high speed PARL missiles (R27ER) fights against 14.0 crafts. That makes this craft “dead” in the place where it stands right now
I’d move the Object 140 to 8.7 all modes. The apds on it absolutely shreds everything it sees.

It’s more mobile than most MBTs at its tier, has a better cannon, much better survivability and a strong HMG on top of that. It’s better than the T-64A/T-72A at 9.3 so it should be higher.

By far the worst A6M5, being significantly heavier than other variants when those were already underpowered. Its climb rate and speed are both the WORST at its BR.
