it is actually. but one guys K/D isn’t all there is to it. overall K/D id say is more valuable than winrate to see how good a vehicle is. some nations and vehicles get screwed over by the teams they have to carry giving a good K/D but awful winrate.
Gaijin cares more for winrate for now I should add. which is stupid
The tkx(p) has very dense armor in the front in small spots while the type 90 has good coverage but less thickness. The only one that can tank dm33 to the armored spots consistently are the tkx(p), which has very little coverage. Both of these tanks have like 30-40 mm of protection in any other place. The pt16 is 30-40 mm all around, so I dont see why a few armored spots makes it a br increase of 1. I understand the 0.7 that its currently at, but 11.7 is a whole other environment.
Reasoning: skyflashes are mediocre (at best) missiles not really able to keep up with other missiles, especially when you get uptiered and have to face su 27s, su 33s and mig 29s (sometimes even f15s and f14s). Plane is quite possibly one of the worst manoeuvring planes at that br and, acceleration wise it’s fast but, at speed everyone (including other F4 phantoms) will catch up to you. With the recent hornets sting update, it’s caused a lot of f18s to spam loads of aim 7Ps. Whilst a lot of people with that plane are just level 5s, if you face a competent person in that plane, you’re screwed
It’s largely irrelevant. Anyone that was stubborn or good enough to get through the cursed APDS BRs with Britain is probably above average in skill for most of the playerbase.
Meanwhile the soviet TT is stupidly forgiving with APHE and are the most popular nation, meaning they get more players overall. There is no surprise that the soviet tank does a little worse
I see a similar deal with the M1A1 – with its armour values similar to the Type 90, but with a much better round and general versatility at the cost of mobility, reload, and specific versatility.
I think a 4s reload and superior mobility is generally more useful, but the better round and turret rotation speed with the M1A1 is nice against 11.7s and 12.0s.
What I don’t like is how easy these vehicles stomp 10.3s / 10.7s.
If those three all went up to 11.7 and move the HC/AIM/Clickbait to 12.0, and then move the 2A7/ 122Bs and Type 10 / TKX to 12.3, I think it would at least be a little bit more fair.
The fact that the M1 Abrams can’t pen the breech or cheeks of the Type 90, or the TTD being unable to UFP it is quite comical.
it was a long ass grind for it so that filters out casuals and employed people and leaves tryhards, veterans and no-lifers to run the vehicle. Without a lineup so have to use backups or they are having to work harder with the vehicle to stay competitive at the BR.
stats are not going to tell you everything, but how else are you going to balance anything?
you cant just ask the player base when half of them think that t55amd at 8.7 is apparently a good idea.
anyway i think the shir 2 is superior to the t64b and deserves to go up to 10.0, but so does the t64b.
