Reasoning: It’s a Phantom with 6 Python-3s, extra flares and no radar missiles .3 higher than another Phantom with 4 decent IR missiles, 4 decent radar missiles and less flares. Python-3s are good non-IRCCM missiles and more flares are nice, but since it’s missing radar missiles, it has no right to be 12.3.

To add to your comment there’s also no lineup available at 8.0 for it to work with so you either drag up your 7.7s into 9.0 or drag it up to 8.3 which is a solid lineup but there’s not much of a reason to play it since the ZA-35/Warrior/Falcon pretty much do what it can but better.

Historical change, the vehicle itself was introduced after the CCVL (IRL) and should get the M833 – which was initially denied as it was considered a balance value on the bug report site: Community Bug Reporting System
Gaijin states on the CCVL devblog:
The CCVL is the direct ancestor of the AGS, VFM 5 and XM8 light tanks already known to War Thunder tankers. The light chassis gains quite a high power-to-weight ratio, allowing the tank to perfectly overcome off-road terrain, climb hills, and quickly get up to maximum speed.
If the change should occur, the XM8 should swap BR and Ammo with the CCVL so there is not essentially two of the same vehicle.

11.3 is the best BR for it, just compare it to the J-8B and you’ll see that they are equivalent planes.
there are already 13.0 with fox3 and other 13.3 planes, adding other 13.3 planes will not destroy the game
None of which are AMRAAM capable F-16.
Wiesel has no stab and a smaller magazin aswell. It definetly isnt as good as the XM800

Leopard 2K and AMX-40 both have: 20mm autocannon, ~30 hp/t, LRF, stabilizer, more or less the same survivability. AMX-40 has gen 1 thermals and slightly worse APFSDS. It would be fair to have them at the same BR, although I would’ve preferred if they put Leopard 2K back to 9.7 rather than change BR of AMX-40.
And the same holds for Radkampfwagen and Vextra.

well, this scratches something like 6 talismans off my “to buy” list for next round of sales just in ground vehicles section because of completely butchered lineups. And FV4030 & Merkava 2B coupons I bought earlier are no longer worth claiming and can be sold off again

Just AIM-120C-3 or AIM-120C-4 to replace AIM-120B and add AIM-120C-7 on F/A-18C late
And decompression BR (Air RB & Air SB) to 14.7
AMX-13 is fine at 6.7. Besides from mobility and reload, its mid. The gun is ok but not that great since it solid shot

They do not need it
EF-2000 only gets 6 ARH missiles, compared to 12 on the su-30.
What’s even worse is that the Kamov is still 12.0

Real, at this point, naval isn’t going to attract anyone unless there’s a major BR decompression. Not that I enjoy whaling PT boats in my ASW corvette, or smacking US Cruisers in my Kutuzov, but if I can fight fellow corvettes and not getting bombarded to death by destroyers, or fighting fellow cruisers without the fear of getting absolutely smacked by Scharnhorsts and NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING, I’d pay more.

Give the original Abrams the M833 round, the M774 pen and damage its pretty subpar to its peers at 10.7. Yes, the tank did use it. Besides there isn’t much difference in game between M774 and M833.
