Please folder the following helicopters :

USA
UH-1B and UH-1C

Same BR, identical performance and loadouts with the TOW being only marginally better (+30mm pen, +250m range)

Russia

Mi-24V and Mi-24P

Same BR, identical performance and loadouts except 23mm vs 30mm cannon

Germany

BO-PAH 1 and BO-PAH 1A1

Same BR, identical performance and loadouts except +200mm more pen HOT-2.

Sweden

HKP9A and HKP9A FC
identical flight performance and comparable loadouts. 8 HOT-2 vs 4 TOWS + Thermals.

There is also a strong case for foldering the French Gazelles as well as the British Scout and Wasp since they are very similar and not worth the extra 150k-390k RP. Only a .3 BR difference for a marginally better loadout on both.

Note that the British Wessex is also the ONLY Rank 5 helicopter out of 11 to currently cost more than 99-150k RP at 360k.

At point blank M728 has better penetration than 3BM25 at any angle from 39 to 82 degrees.

Also not true. M735 at point blank has better penetration than 3BM25 at any angle above 36 degrees. This is not an extreme angle at all. And 3BM25 loses penetration faster with distance, so even at just 500 meters that already becomes 33 degrees, with a small interval between 17 and 23 degrees where M735 also has better performance.

the R-73 is much better in flight performance to the 9M, and its IRCCM is only less reliable than the 9M, but still works, the 9L is kinemetically the same as the 9M at the moment, but without the IRCCM, if you play ground its understandable, due to the smokeless, but if you really call it equivalent to the 9L, you are clueless

and Javelin FAW Mk.9

Hey Gaijin

I’ve played 57 games with M551 (76) and from my experience you couldn’t penetrate most of the frontal plates of a tank (example: IS-2), so I don’t think it should move to 7.0 because it will not be balanced. I’m saying this solely due to its penetration limitations.

I’m sorry, but it’s not the vehicle’s fault

APDS has great penetration ability, yes, but it doesn’t remove the need to “aim” completely.

You may not be able to pen the UFP, but you can still take it out from the turret. It also requires it to be a 1944 one, the earlier one is easier. Also you can just hit the LFP. But I do agree, I’m sad it’s going up. I love it so much!

Yeah

Eugen and Hipper at the same BR as Dupleix? Are you for real? They’re superior in every way. Dupleix doesn’t even have its AP shell FFS.
If you’re going to lower these two then Dupleix needs to go down to 5.3. The marginal armor improvement doesn’t warrant a BR increase over Colbert, and there’s far less of a performance gap between Colbert and Dupleix than Dupleix and Hipper/Eugen.

And thanks for worsening France’s AA situation yet again. I’m sure fighting jets with 5.7 vehicles is going to be fun at 8.3 🙄
Seriously, could you not have waited to implement anything to replace it in the 7.0 to 8.3 bracket before going ahead with this nerf?

its almost as if a heavy tank is built to resist shells

it has one of the better pens of the BR (300mm APDS) of 6.7 and nothing Bar the cent Mk.2 has a full speed stab (Cent Mk.2 has a worse Cannon and is much slower)
T-44 (164mm pen on standard APHE, 208mm on best APCR)
M26 (185mm pen on APHE, 287mm on APCR)
Tiger II (237mm pen on APHE, 279mm on APCR)
Object 248 (218mm pen on APHE)
Tortoise (256mm pen on APCBC)
Ho-Ri (P) (205mm Pen APHE)
AUBL/74 (250mm Pen HEAT)
AMX-13 (202mm pen APCBC)

In general anything that beats it in pen is HEAT munitions, which most cases only have slighter better pen
it deserves to go up

Lmao.

Yeah sherlock, light tank being unable to frontally UFP heavy tank of its BR is how it should be most of the times.

my only suggestions for this change:

A6M5 (all variants): Drop them all 0.3.

its beyond ridiculous how over tiered they all are.

Prinz Eugen back to 5.7 is nice, I used to play it quite a bit, until it got raised to 6.0 where I would mostly get stomped by battleships, now I can take up the SL grind again.

So is the Supermarine Swift F.1 going to be moved down to 8.0 since most of the planes that are better than it, are being moved to 8.3?

God knows why they made that decision. Was finally feeling more balanced with them at BR6

The Increase in BR for the M18’s is preposterous. It’s already Facing 6.7s in uptiers, and now it will get in 7.0 matches? That is absurd. It used to be 4.7. It’s really a 5.3 tank. And even at 5.7, it is at least playable. 6.0 makes no sense. The engine buff doesn’t really make a difference in it’s BR capability. Same with the Super Hellcat. There no reason for it to be at 6.7.

The most ridiculous over-BR in the US ground tree is the M26, which is at 6.7. Same BR as the Tiger 2H. And it is worse in every way, and it can’t even pen the KT frontally without APCR. It’s at the same BR as the T26E1-1 and the T26E5, it makes no sense. It should be 6.3, and T25 should be 6.0 since it has no stabilizer.

I’m using this as a rant, I apologize. But M18 should not be 6.0. It makes no sense.

Well, if thats the case, RN ships better go down one increment each. Nonexistent armor belt, no available APCBC, fighting prinz eugen with york and kents 8" SAP aint fun.
