i get what you mean about the AMX, but look at the lineup! You could face the PanStir in the AMX! Plus, it ruins the 10.3 lineup.

I think the M18 shouldn’t go up to 6.0 its fine were it is. I think the tiger E should go down to 5.7 because it not much of an improvement from the Tiger H1 which is at 5.7. The KV-1-85 should go down to 4.7 since it really struggles in up tiers and the reload rate doesn’t make it very good in down tiers. The T95E1 should be replace by the T95 the original one since it would have a stabilizer which would allow it to fire on the move and its long reload won’t be as bad. The M60A3 TTS should go down to 8.7 since it really is just a M60A1 RISE (P) just it gets a better round and thermals but the mobility even at 8.3 really starts to make it struggle and 8.7 would be fine for it. The M60 should go back down to 7.7 since it never did well at 7.7 so why make it worse by putting it at 8.0. The M4A3E2 (76) W should go down from 6.3 to 6.0 since at 6.3 it can face the IS-3 which the Jumbo 76 cannot do anything against it and the 76mm was alright at 5.0, 5.3, and 5.7 but when its put at br of vehicle at 6.3,6.7,7.0,7.3 it really struggles. The M26 Pershing should be put at 6.3 again since being at the same br as a tiger 2 H, T26E5, T26-1-1, and T34 is ridiculous since it gun isn’t that effective and it armor also isn’t at 6.7.The tiger 2 p should be a 6.3 again since being the same br as the h is stupid and it isn’t that good. The IS-2 and IS-2 1944 should go down the IS-2’s have long reloads and the original one doesnt have that good of armor since the IS-1 could get pierce at 5.7 and 5.3 so moving them down back to there old br would help them. Also Grouped vehicle should efficiently grind the next vehicle in the line.

The changes look balanced to me and needed, but i hope you consider give a better shell to HSTV-L because it suffers against soviet relikt and spall liners.

Im not good in the game but this thing slaps anything at any br.
it is my first nation where i started playing
my kdr dropped because i was taking it at 11.7 alot recently before it was over 70%

I do not see a reason to move superhellcat from 6.3 to 6.7.
It is not equipped with HEAT like other light tanks in similar BR, not to mention 6.7 has a much higher chance to get an uptier, it is impossible to use that 90mm cannon against cold-war heavy tanks.

Balancing autocannons with HE fitted into AP belt is so anoying… I dont know what can go wrong if you give full AP belt to Ratel 20, which has 57mm pen HVAP. The autocannon is already mid and they just slap that HE round every 3rd shot. BMP-2, M2 Bradley, BTR-80A and others all have this feature. As far as i know this is made up for balancing. In reality most used combination is AP - APT or AP(T) - HE

the German Ozelot should be moved up in br it sees flare less jets way too often and really makes that tier a drag for cas because of how small it is and how hard it can be to spot especially when bushed up
That’s the whole point of removing the APDS. 8.3 already has 2 other SPAA’s with good AP ammo. Britain needs a lower tier SPAA, so drop the Falcon. If you want to play a light tank use the Fox.

Challenger DS
The Challenger DS should recieve its currently missing L26 and armour upgrade package and move to 10.3. The Challenger was deployed to Operation Granby exclusively with L26 shells and addtional armour. As the Challenger DS is this tank, then it should recieve these upgrades.
This would not harm the Challenger DS in anyway as most run the Challenger DS at 10.3 with items such as the Stormer, Lynx and other MBTs like the Challenger Mk3 and Vickers. In fact it would only increase the value of the Challenger DS, likely increasing sales as the 10.3 line-up is Britain’s best high tier BR at the moment, with top tier boarderline unplayable.
