Even in the ABSOLUTE worst case scenario that this ONE 10.7 is a LITTLE too strong for the weakest IRCCM SAM, it can just be moved up. The A-10A Late being too strong is no excuse for IRCCM missiles facing 8.3s and 8.7s.

No offense - but if you struggle vs a 7.0 jet (except F-89) in a post-war Spit F 24 you should stay out of prop BRs. If you need undertiered props to get a positive K/D ratio - be my guest, but have in mind that the actual BR and the MM setup (uptier/downtier frequency) is way more decisive than your worst case scenarios.
The downsides you describe are valid for basically all JP or IT fighters when they fight post-war allied props with 115/130/150 octane fuel.
You perform quite nice at pure Jet BRs - focus on your strengths and ignore your weaknesses…
If its just a TV mav, then sure. But at the br of 10.7 there are plenty of planes which carry the IR mavs which can lock onto a stinger carrier well outside of its missile range, and often the render distance as well. If you cant even see the plane shooting missiles at you because it isnt rendering, and your radar cant see the incoming missiles, there is no way for you to know there is a missile coming, and no way to counter it. Right now, SPAA is a hard counter to cas, cas is a hard counter to tanks, and tanks are a hard counter to spaa. That is balanced just fine, and raising the br of spaas so that they cannot counter the planes at their br would completely throw off that balance.

That’s not an issue. 70sp vehicles should be weaker than 900sp vehicles. SPAA only needs to be a deterrent. CAP should be the primary CAS killer.

Free jets should be given to grb. So if someone is upset they got bombed then they go ahead and 1v1 their offender.

Except it would be an issue. It would be a huge problem if there was something which had no counter without grinding a whole other tech tree. And sure IRL, cap is better to counter cas. But this isnt irl. In GROUND battles, a GROUND vehicle should be able to counter the things it can fight.

Piranha has much higher g overload but much less range. Prem one can carry even more fire bombs in one run, but trades the really good gun for adens, which are worse. Seems like quite the sidegrade to me besides late game uncontested bombing runs.
