Only two nations can get the Su-35S right now, that being Russia and China. The Super Sukhoi aka the MKI upgrade is not a thing yet, and is… well… different compared to a Su-35.
Doesn’t mean it will be weaker though
so I guess this can carry anything any other su-35 can, will be really useful for grb 😆

As well as R-77-1’s, which are also missing in the CH tree.
China on its way to have amraams, michaels and both R-77’s.
Maybe even the 77M.

Currently with the addition of the J-16, the Su-35 would actually be a sidegrade, so now is a better time to add it than ever, gaijin seems itching to add stealth so i doubt the ‘phased’ addition of export vehicles will be applicable here.
If China receives a Su-35, which I hope they do, they’ll get it at the same time as russia since it’s literally a rebadge… they use the same camo at the end of the day, possibly gaijin’s easiest copy paste to date.
This’ll still be a very different and impactful addition to the chinese tree as the only flanker equipped with TVC, and an aircraft equipped with modern russian missiles, and air to ground/radiation/anti ship weaponry which is often times altered in chinese service (KH-31 → YJ-91, features slight alterations)
Either way, all justifications to add this alongside the russian one are present, making it a premium is illogical so I’d like to see it come after the J-15T eventually.

Su-35 would prolly be downgrade compared to j-16 in most aspects, not really a sidegrade.
Heavier, worse acceleration, worse air to air and air to ground munitions in general compared to the j-16. J-16 has access to better/the same versions of all su-35 stuff
Really the main advantages the 35 has is the better radar and top speed, latter of which shouldn’t matter to much and the former being a nice upgrade
Not really, it has stuff like the KH-38, KH-31PD and R-77-1 which just expand the available arsenal of China, so even if they are materially worse, it excels in some areas like ARMs since china is limited to YJ-91A until the CM-400KG is added, and CAS since the KH-38MT is still infamously OP.
Essentially I’d like to see it for both variety, reduced exclusivity of mechanics like TVC and high gimbal radars, and improving the spread of available weaponry.
All of which benefitted japan with the addition of the Su-30MKM, and the same will occur here.

yeah, plus the crazy good radar it has ingame, plus 12 r-77-1 or r-77m in the future so we can choose between this and the pl-15

Add it and add the other Chinese su30 as a tech tree cause eventually India is gonna get their su30 so why doesn’t China get the su30 and su35

Su-30MK2 would be a very good tt counterpart to the MKK as they field exactly the same A2A munitions althought the CAS situation is different.
