Perma ban after 1,200hrs with no way to contact support

I logged in today after months away to my steam warthunder account and was met with a message to say I am banned for botting? I have not nor will i ever bot that defeats the point of the game. regardless i am looking for where I can contact support to hopefully get my account back.

iv sank alot of time and yes a reasonable amount of money into. i have played for MANY MANY years on the same account and i belive i hit level 100 before i took my most recent break. i have many premium planes and tanks and would never risk such things by breaking the rules. i hope to get this resolved quickly so i can continue to pay and play.

ill pin this tab and try check back but iv never used this site before i normaly stick to myself and just play.

Hmmm you should be able to contact support if you are here. A game master mgiht be able to help you too.

ok so it is just a PM a selected GM not a ticket system. first time iv seen that as a system ill wait and see if i get a response for a while before trying another GM or moderator thank you.

Also do check the link on the reporting procedure as you’re supposed to follow a hierarchy. Contact a game master and ultimately a Senior Game Master.

A GM might be able to advice you, but probably wont be able to do much else. Sounds like you’ll need to go via support ticket

If you do not get a reply from them (you might have to wait for a while as some are european) you can add them (other game masters) to the conversation instead of creating a new one:

the support ticket page redirects to a non existant page that eventualy dumps you into this forum to look for a GM directly

They are also volunteers and not staff, and so may not respond for a few days. (especially on a bank holiday weekend like we have here in the UK if they are UK based)

And tell them you can’t enter the support website just in case.
