In the current version, the PL‑12 has already been nerfed enough to be sufficiently weak at close range. Now, without making any changes to other air‑to‑air missiles, Gaijin has added drag to the PL‑12/A and the AIM‑9C. Even if this was done to increase drag on anti‑radiation missiles, why would an air‑to‑air missile airframe be given drag that doesn’t belong on an air‑to‑air missile airframe?
Russian bias, I want to say “I hope this game ends soon, I beg you.”
are the changed parasitic drag coefficients wrong?
its also a very small change that wont really be that noticable, this is like having 2 mins extra fuel
not even
for 12 Pl-12 missiles the difference is 84 grams
wait.
they are mad over a weight equal to if the pilot sipped on some water before takeoff??

yes a whole 7 grams per missile
im not joking. thats the same amount of weight as the amount of air an average human lung can hold.
this thread is complaining about three breaths of air.
then What about nerf your favourite vehicle 0.1% per update?
Biased changes are more Hateful than normal nerf based on ‘Facts’.
probably more like 0.00000001%
It’s about inequality i mean, though same thing happens everywhere in the game.
Just simple:
Why only PL-12s has more parasitic drag among ALL Modern FOX-3s?
the inequality of 7 grams?
its a lot bigger than an AMRAAM so its going to have more drag.
J10-A 9000m alt with 6 PL-12
Mach1.95->1.89
Thats the ideal condition, I don’t think it’s negligible
Then AAM-4 also 8-inch?
R-77 with large GRID FINs?
I do support giving less drag to AMRAAMs, but only gonna change the PL-12s are simlpy joke.
its not just the diameter that affects aerodynamics. Physics is witchcraft
By which Kh-31 also 0.025?
Then R-77-1 should work like Falcon-9 landing for Gridfin ‘Witchcraft’
jUst kidding ha
