Would Su-27SM2 and Su-30MK3 fit in here?
Su-27SM2 was only a idea passed to the RU Govt. to fit N035 into the Su-27SM, but was denied in favor of putting more money into the Su-35S.
Su-30MK3 was an upgraded MK2 with a PESA Radar and possibly upgraded engines, Which, afaik, wasn’t produced.

“Kampfunterstützungspanzer mit MK 35mm” (Nickname: “Ausputzer”)
Based on a Kanonenjagdpanzer-BE (Belgienausführung), this prototype was built to test/trial the Oerlikon 35 mm Gun Turret Type GDD-A and with it, the concept of converting existing (and by the time; 1979, obsolete) Kanonenjagdpanzer into “Kampfunterstützungspanzer” (Combat Support Tanks, also known as Begleitpanzer, which go under the same designation).
This proposal in particular was a joint-venture between Blohm & Voss and Oerlikon-Bührle.
In addition, the viability of this turret as upgrade for the SPz MARDER was also being considered, which was the reason another chassis had also been fitted with the GDD-A turret, this chassis was a “third-generation” (RU-3xx series) SPz Neu / SPz MARDER prototype: RU 362.
This second vehicle had actually been trialed in 1979-1980 for the bundeswehr on Oerlikons firing range in Ochsenboden (switzerland), however, the Begleitpanzer proposal was again rejected (just like with the Begleitpanzer 57 mm previously).
As such, the already fully modified ET/3 prototype never ended up being fitted with the GDD-A turret.

The 35 mm Gun Turret Type GDD-A, as previously mentioned, had already been built and was trialed on other chassis (such as RU 362 and MOWAG TORNADO)

I am still working on a full suggestion for this prototype but no ETA as to when that’ll become a thing.
I did however already suggest the RU 362 prototype (with the GDD-A Gun Turret), which is quite similar in many aspects.

I guess if we’re discussing funny what-ifs, just to rattle off a few not already mentioned:

Coelian with the 55mm gun, given the hull is a standard Panther and the gun was made in modest amounts.

E-100 with its planned 150mm gun, given the corresponding higher-velocity cruiser gun is already ingame, so there would not be a ton to fudge really given the hull was built and half-finished gun tubes were made.

the Messerspit with actual armament (to my knowledge that thing was never armed)
