We need badly and desperately a scout tank for Tier III.

This will never be anywhere close to Tier III as it only has a 20mm cannon with 48mm flat pen.
We need both the Luchs!

Germany is missing in general many early bundeswehr vehicles and scouts. Schützenpanzer kurz, Spähpanzer SP I.C, leopard prototypes (e.g. with a90 mm cannon).
The spähpanzer luchs should have been added by now
