I guess would be 13.3 (Air AB & Air RB), 13.7 (Air SB) and 14.0 or 14.3 (Ground RB & Ground SB)
With AIM-9L it would be 12.0 because Brimstone and Paveway IV would give it a massive increase in A/A combat. And with ASRAAM I’d say 13.3 would be a reasonable BR for it as well.

I disagree with this idea, we already lost the F-4J to Premium Pack status, it would be nicer to have the GR.4 as a tech tree vehicle for those tornado fans.
Saudi Arabian Tornado Gr1 is my guess for a future Premium Tornado for us. Also he did admit he was joking

F-4J should be the best Interceptor. And it would’ve been great in between the Lightning and Tornado.
