We all know Germany is getting the main Swiss sub-tree. I hope there is a plan to get the MANY joint French-Swiss projects to France

Anyway, I’d also prefer to have all in one place, so if it’s Germany, That’s fine with me. Atm we have one indigenous aircraft and a Brit, both in the German tree. Switzerland uses tech from various Countries, most prominently Britain, USA, France and Germany, so it’s not a perfect fit any way, no matter where you put a potential Swiss sub-tree. Still better than pulling it apart, I personally find.

Off the top of my head, the MOWAG Shark FL20/15. MOWAG with AMX13 turret. AMX13 with 30DCA turret. There was a Pz68/AMX30 collaboration. MOWAG Crotale. I have a few more but I cant find where I saved the list, not to even mention the aircraft.
I get your point, I just think Switzerland/France and BeNeLux/Germany would have made more sense IMO. Especially considering the current circumstances with the Dutch and German military. But yeah between all of these countries there is a lot of overlap, so… cant please everyone.
And there shoudln’t be german Leopards on the French tree at all, what’s your point?

Fun fact: MOWAG has its roots in a company close to the German border which originally built body structures for mostly German cars, commercial vehicles and buses.
Another Fun fact: The MOWAG Piranha was also the basis for the US LAV-family, etc.
But then that’s never a clear cut case in WT. Austrian tank with French turret went to Germany (which would hint at an Austrian subtree) and France, Finnish wheeled APC with french SAM’s to Sweden and France…

No. you misunderstand my point: Both are the Kürassier, an Austrian tank with a French Turret. The two variants in the game are the same vehicle, just in different trees.
Yes, the tank was also exported to Argentina. And Morocco, Bolivia, Brasil, Tunisia, Botswana.
