May I ask about the specific legal provisions regarding this? I am very curious about it.
I think this would be a great vehicle to bolster the 8.0 lineup (without stabiliser), or 8.3/8.7 (with stabiliser, though a bit redundant as italy doesn’t have 8.3/8.7 lineups. No, i’m not gonna count with the SIDAM and TOW because they both suck).

I mean line-ups won’t be created, if you don’t add vehicles and for Italy there are still plenty to add, so we shouldn’t be afraid of creating new lineups.
That’s true. When i look at Italy 8.0, there really is only three tech tree vehicles. Adding this at 8.3 will give Italy an 8.3 lineup with just as many vehicles, allbeit not as capable compared to their BR.
Anyways, i assume this vehicle will use the same armament as the OF-40, so 8.3 would be fitting for a stabilised vehicle firing APDS. I feel like 8,7 would be too high without getting APFSDS, like most other nations’ 8.7 vehicles does.
