Kron is nothing what it used to be. Just hit it with anything from Prinz Eugen and above under its turrets and it will explode the shell rooms and sink while not having any ammo in first two turrets lol.
Yes, because it is literally a make believe paper boat that never existed. So it’s guns, armor, engines, boilers etc. are all hand waving fiction. Same for Soyez.
unlike soyuz, kronstadht is very easy to kill(probably the easiest 7.3 to detonate)

its really only op in a downtier basically everything is op right now due to hyper compression
i think its a toss up between alaska and soyuz cause if you angle both cant be penned easily
just carry 50% ammo and Strasbourg becomes a very tanky and good ship to play
it has even less armour than some 6.3 BBs and BCs since Kron doesnt even get a turtleback, but the cruiser BR range is definetily very compressed after they decompressed battleships br range
and at least Alaska can empty some ammo to remove some of its ammo racks and they become quite annoying to deal with, Kron doesnt get that luxury and just dies
but hey at least they arent the poor Sevastopol with massive german 380mm ammoracks that dies if you sneeze at it, quite incredible its a premium with how bad it is
and even then, its armour is a bit worse than of those 6.3 BBs and BCs it fights against, but the compression in the 5.0-6.0 range after they decompressed battleships is insane, cant touch cruisers now so its either play battleships or top tier coastal&reserve destroyers lineups, or hope for a downtier in 5.0 italy since the Cadorna is the best 5.0 and very oppresive in downtier
Kronshtadt is literally made of glass. Any shells to the bow will probably sink it if not immediately flood to 4% buoyancy with multiple fires and a loss of at least one turret’s worth of ammo.
It was also 30%ish completed when construction was cancelled. The only thing probably make believe about it is the 950 m/s AP 15cm secondaries that exist as primaries on the Pr68s.
The NoDak can’t penetrate a Nevada at 9km.
The 6.7s are actually a decent threat.

The Omahas really aren’t a threat to most cruisers, cleveland, Fargo and higher light cruisers have high firerate with mediocre penetration and painful muzzle velocity. They also have absolutely HORRID turning circles.
Hippers are straight up better for general purpose duty.
Mid dreadnoughts with effectively two atlantas strapped to 'em at 7.3+.
