It’s not that bad. Most era carriers are in your team. The rest are uptiered pieces of average equipment (like the unstabilized Brenus, although this one has an APS).
At this thing’s br, it’s the same for composite carriers. Most ta is with full front composite coverage are in your team (t64, t72), while the others usually only have composite in their turrets like the leopard 2, with the hulk still extremely vulnerable. I haven’t played it, but if it’s like any other ATGM carrier that I use at these BR (plus a decent armor and a stab, which my wallE and mephisto don’t have), I don’t think it’s bad. Situational at worst
Obj 775 is pretty solid, just has a harder time in uptiers against Leopard 2A4s and the like. It’s got a pretty nasty turret weakspot with the raised driver hatch (hard to describe, dome shaped hatch with driver’s head in it, can be penetrated by ammo with ~50mm penetration) that sets it back. Works great at a distance, but suffers due to bad ATGM flight modeling and worse PID tuning.
Unrelated but if gaijin are to add a real meme pancake as an event tank it should be the Object 287. Especially because it would have MCLOS missiles, instead of beam riders.
Equal tier or slight uptier its shit when facing spaced armor or composite, you won’t pen them and then you also cannot reverse.

Same with the French EBRs. 2 of the 3 aren’t obtainable anymore, and the only TT one is a 4.3/4.7 tank at 5.3.
It is very disappointing that I will be unable to play the other variants.
