@Stona_WT @Smin1080p_WT Will be there direct feedback to the devs about how GOAT the gamemode is compared to base ARB? I sure hope we will have a permanent similiar mode to this.

Can something be done to help low tier players that don’t have any experience flying jets? I don’t know anything about using countermeasures, missiles, radars and other stuff. This isn’t a fun event if you can’t play fairly as experienced players will always have massive advantage

Dude it takes months to learn keybinds and be good in air to air combat, you might be saying this cause you are already at advanced stages. I can’t do shit in just 12 days and where is the ‘fun’ part of the event?
I honestly prefer this style of Gamemode for Air Realistic, The ability to respawn and keep fighting instead of spawn die leave spawn die leave actually feels nice atleast fighting in an actual battle.

So because you are bad and don’t want to learn and set up simple keybinds, Gaijin should do what to cater and change the event just for you, that clearly aren’t even interested in air combat?
Don’t be rude. It is not about being bad, I don’t have all day to invest in the game, these events should be for everyone where they can just relax and have fun not like watching a million tutorials just to know how to use the aircraft and how to do dogfights and bombing run comes later. Just remeber every april fools event before this, it didn’t need you to learn anyhting new!
it’s been the same for every event vehicle, if you have a job and/or a life you practically can’t get them for free
I didn’t mean to be rude, but April’s Fools events are mostly used to test upcoming mechanics to the game. Some mechanics are more accesible to the majority of players (mad max), some of them are focused on a niche. They need large scale testing all the same (submarines or modern thunder helicopters)
The rule of thumb is always the one: if you don’t have fun don’t play it. If you want to learn, Tim’s Variety guides is where you start. The “massive advantage” is gained, not granted

Learning top tier jet mechanics in 12 days and actually doing good with them is just impossible but at the same time I feel so sad not being able to get get any of the cool new bombers
like this is getting crazy. I fully up to grind, I already got the russian mark, but I still need 4000 for the US and I’m stuck here in limbo

I’ve been having a great time with the Mig-29 9-13 and Su-39 (the only Russia plane with a digital RWR LOL)
and F-14B, F-15, and IRIAF.
Using Aim-7M on F-14B seemed to be okay for the fast nature of the combat.
Datalink is an major advantage, although Aim-7s perform much better than in 2024-2025 and does not self denotate, and can relock (but not make it switch targets)

Set your bomb fuse to 10 sec, and use CCRP and lob the nuke 😂

wow, that’s bad. I played at the start of the event and didn’t get any problems. It seems that the exploiters are going full-on with the IRIAF
I just want to use my mackensen or my Tosa to grind the tops of those navy trees, but NOPE. stuck here
I think these new shinny things are not for me then :(
