This would have been the PERFECT april fools mode, if not for one thing.
Allowing people to bring their own planes.
I CANNOT fathom why this choice was made, other than to force F2P players to spend money for a competitive plane in the mode. Giving people clearly inferior planes to act as food for IRAF F-14s and F-15s is the most disgusting cash grab I’ve seen in this game to date, espeically when its done with the context of dangling two very iconic and popular planes in peoples faces.
If you wanted to test out how this kind of mode would work with actual planes, then bring the mode back with no event reward locked behind it. As of now, this mode will not be as fun until you force people onto an equal playing field. Its an april fools event, its not supposed to be a place for the 13.0 people to crush the skulls of people whop have never played jets before with their objectively superior planes.

In my opinion, just removing the ability to take 4th gen fighters would be enough, bringing your own lineup is quite useful since you can control what loadout you can take.

This would also be fine. The fourth Gens are the only real problem

So you pop up at 4-5 km, activate seeker, point it at aa. It deploys radar, missile finds it and then you launch arm. Sam goes for you while missile strikes it without getting intercepted

launch 2, your ARM will get intercepted, 2 makes it harder
1 was usually enough for me
atleast one of mine get intercepted
ima try a new tactic, destroy S300
which is, conveniently, not allowed in the mode even though us gets planes at that br…
almost like they wanna tell you that their balancing vehicles by br is faulty by default…hmmm
if vehicles of the same br cant fight each other, whats the point of a br system i wonder.

not really, the AA still shoots while driving which is the main issue
