Man, the AIM-9H is so unresistant to flares… Chasing an Su-24 from 2-3 km in rear aspect at full speed (non-afterburner): A single flare of the Su-24 is enough to fully distract the missile and make it lose its target. Flare-Resistancy = 0%.
Can they just give us a different F4 THAN THE f4e with dookie radar and missiles (radar)

Yeah no honestly just gonna give up on the event, it worked so flawless the first day and a half, now i ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY get matches where someone already spawned their Tu95/B52 and i dont even get any score counted towards the mark 1 out of 4 matches
It might just be my impression, but the OSA-AKM seems to be literally ignoring chaff and not getting its tracking disrupted by anything you do (not even flying low and hugging the terrain).
This event is amazing. Just that the USA has F-15A is unbalanced af. Its fast, has good radar and good missiles. AIM 9M is almost impossible to dodge. If the Soviets cant use SU-27 and SU-33, then the USA shouldnt be able to use F-15A.
Not much better as their FoV is even bigger.
The F-15 is trash. The radar is bugged (all radars are bugged in the game) and Aim-7 is unusable against maneuverable MiG-29s
If they don’t fix this less and less people will even bother to play America and all lobbies will be queued with Russian Jets

I would like to present to you the “Top Down” concept: If the missile is comming from above, you are dead any way, and thanks to the ER being the best FOX-1 there is in game, the russians are the only ones that can actually climb to launch the ERs top down.
All radars are bugged in the game, but US side suffers disproprionately because Aim-7Ms are slow, lack of HMD etc. The F-18C is the best bet.
It says a lot when people constantly praise Aim-9Ms

Got kicked for TKing too much. This is what you get when you have to rely on Aim-9s.
Gaijin needs to disable TK on the event.
That is purely your own fault. Don’t fire missiles at targets when there are friendly planes next to it and you won’t have that problem

Have you tried playing against it? If you dont have the Mig-29 you have no chance against it. The F-15A ruins the balance between the two sides.
