You can but it doesnt apply for this event and air sim. But air sim lets you choose one of sessions

no plane in the USA has MTI as far as i know

Because enemies mostly multipath due to aa gnomes. At low heights early f4 radars are doomed to be worthless sadly. But if some guy goes high enough you can lock and hit them as long as they stay high.

I know but in the few battles that i played with the F-4 in this event i never saw an enemy above 200m (still cannot lock at that altitude)

Does it have PD? If yes then it would be mig23 analog while f4e with agm/gbu + 9l could be su24 analog
