Is there anyway to test flight the B-52H?
We have hindsight bias.
The mode being PVP dominate isn’t something they considered.
Cause they’re allowing Mig-29 9.13, and without that they’d be stuck with Yak-141, and the extremely few that have 9.12.
Especially since F-15A is the stronger fighter anyway.
Also it’s the same as Mig-29 vs a fleet of A-7s and F-4Es.

This is likely also a test of world war mechanics at least so expect to see some of this stuff in that mode
Fun and interesting event but the AI needs to be tuned a lot. Cant use any of the missiles that are supposed to be tested because they’re destroyed by AA with 99% success rate. If you get too close, bmp will laser your wing off. You also can’t flare anything either. Its just a big air battle until you can get a nuke and destroy the whole cluster of bots.
Would have also been nice to see the f117 allowed to maybe counter them

Only for those players who unlocked those in tech tree, while F-14A IRIAF is marketplace avaliable.
Yes, F-15A is a stronger fighter, but no, it isn’t the same
Since F-15A/MiG-29 need to guide their R-27/AIM-7 while F-14A IRIAF can just spam Fakour to random lads and get back to base for refuel/reload.
Similar to Last Year’s Great War Problem
Both Side has similar weaponry (Gaford & Gaford/MiG-29 & F-15A)
but single side has Extra one as cherry on top (A7V/F-14A IRIAF)
It creates an imbalance.
In a paper, in an ideal situation, it probably is balanced,
But in a real situation, this event is even lesser, and brutally balanced than Great War.

the game mode its perfect just make the BRs 10.3 to 12.0, or let the use of su27 and 33

Left it a day and its still bad.
luckily its easy to get the RP as the experience of nuke mode is a lag, bad fps and packet loss1000
Because, however interesting the F-14 may be, it’s easy to dodge missiles; now, if you can’t shoot anything down, that’s your problem. I simply destroyed 50 planes in one game ( playing Russia ), so the Su-27 is broken for this game mode.
can someone give me some tip? I play for like 2-3 hour and done 5k point with usa and 87 with URSS :(
They should have considered that tho, as they want you to GRIND points for nukes. And the only way doing so is PvP. So most of the time its PvP only. If thy didnt notice that, they must be very bad at game design. Which is not the case as gamemode itself is really fun.

Why, there’s no logical reason to allow the Su-27 when the MiG-29 9-13 is available
Try PvP , the MiG-23 is very good. Just focus.

???, of course it’s a PvP mode, both teams have to engage in PvP so that their bombers with nukes can get through and keep pushing the enemy team back to the final airfield, but when played well, it’s a great game mode

I hope the Aerial Warfare they were hyping is more than just squadron-only fluff.
War Thunder is sitting on such a perfect spot to exploit its niche with so many vehicles and accessible RB controls. They’re absolutely able to appeal to more than just a TDM crowd, and I wish they did.

ever since this morning it just freezes for a minute every match then works again but entirely removes my clouds lol
the F-4E has a pretty awful radar, so its completely normal
