I had applied for the partership program waayyy back in the first week of April, I had gotten an response in the next day, They said that they wanted to see my channel for 2 more weeks and reaplly in the near future, I did, 3 TIMES, and have not yet gotten a response. (its now may). And yes I do meet all the critera and exceed them too (around 10-40k views, with some crossing 50k and one over like 450k), Soo idk I think it could just be due to the update cycle but 3 weeks is kind of a long time.
The appliance can take months to be accepted or rejected, it’s what I heard from others and I think it’s a “fair” time.
