The issue is proving that Germany has used the Mk.0
While there are 3 Options for Radars germany could get, only 2 are save that beeing CAESAR and Mk.1

or are they gonna hit us with the “no other jet currently has this modelled in game”
Mk0 is what Kuwait and Qatar use.
Mk1 is Germany and Spain
Mk2 is Britain (and maybe italy) also Germany is Planning Mk2 for their EKs (dedicated SEAD/EW Typhoons)
There is some evidence that Germany has some Mk0s as a stopgap but not enough sources to prove it.
In-game, the only difference that will probably be modeled is that the Mk1 is limited to +/- 90 degrees whilst Mk0 and Mk2 can do 100
could be, we could also just get CEASER, but any ESA on the Typhoon is better than a M-scan they refuse to finish

With the recent new top tier AA missiles I wouldn’t be suprised if they just give it half it’s IRL range or something and call it a day. Make it a long range missile with meh manouvrability.
The problem they have is that a J-10C with PL12s only will have nothing at all over the AESA EFT and Rafale, so in that situation they can’t justify it being 14.3.
And seeing the sway and spending power that the chinese playerbase seems to have, I see why Gaijin doesn’t want the J-10C to end up being DOA. Imagine another chinese player uprising.
It really depends on the maneuverability of the PL-15

true true, and if they raise the BR to 14.7 or even 15.0 we still have the issue of where to put the J-10C to high it gets clowned on by trenche 4 EFTs and the Rafale F3R to low and it could be the same BR as things like F-15J (M)

Yeah but Czechia also used a ton of British vehicles, German vehicles and the entire doctrine wasn’t even close to Russia until the 50s

I really don’t see why Russia or the US need subtrees at all. They have so many vehicles that could still be added, and no gaps that couldn’t be filled by the vehicles that could still be added.
Why give them a subtree that just copy-and-pastes their own vehicles? That doesn’t make much sense either.
For me, subtrees make the most sense when they:
- Represent a nation with unique vehicles that couldn’t be added on its own
- Give a nation access to vehicles that wouldn’t fit otherwise
Uniquely modified vehicles of course would be interesting to add but you don’t need a whole subtree for that.

1/ foreign plane upgrade by the country ( mig29 sniper)
2/ weapons upgrade (iran f14 )
3/indigenous vehicules ( cant find exemple so t-84 )
In what way would it be comparable to the AESA EFT? Flight performance the EFT beats it no? especially for longer range BVR, better missiles for longer range BVR, more countermeasures and from what I read in the EFTs and J-10 thread the radar on the EFT being better.
So that is a pretty one sided comparison.
