New Update low 1% FPS / not playable

Hello,

ever since the last update hit i can barley play this game anymore. It is a massive fps drop mess. It is so bad sometimes that i cant even react to enemys. I have already changed the terrain displayment setting but that had 0 effect.

I have my frames capped via the nvidia controlpanel to 164 FPS since i got a 165HZ screen. Most of the time my 1% low FPS are around 80 fps. Sometimes the game even drops to 20-30FPS. You can see it on the screen in the bottom. Every time the red line drops to the bottom it is a massive fps drop. The red line should always match with the green line.
I had rly good fps before this update. I run a 9800x3d and a 5070ti.

I literally cant play this game anymore.

That’s quite normal actually. Games mostly utilize one core and offload the “unimportant” workload to others. That’s why it is important to assign the game only to performance cores in intel. My game utilizes core-1 so i overclocked that one as well. Also helped a bit.

Hello,

yeah i pressed it. What parts are you running?

I got my latest bios,chipsetdriver, nvidia driver ect. My system is running very nice in every other game.

But this feels like a powerpoint presentation.

14600kf with 4070 and yeah i have no problems with other programs as well, it is definitely the latest update, there are a lot of people suffering from the same thing and many more that is probably not saying anything as well.
