I did not want to post exact numbers, but from my understanding those are farily accurate. With those numbers the entire block would be underperforming by hundreds of mm worth of RHA / HHA.

If you are talking about the swedish trials, then green is non-penetration and red is penetration.

Thats because it’s the Swedish export armor which is known to be weaker than the US domestic DU package at the time.

No but the test is also rather harsh. 700mm KE @ 20° is very hard to stop and this was a non-improved M1A2. Then again I have my doubts the domestic armour would be much better in this situation, to sufficently stop add-on armour is almost a must.
Here is the swedish improved version which likely has add-on armour.

I did the calculation on the current ingame model, i have to recalculate because the armor seems wrong
the KE protection level from the M1 to the M1A1 only increase by ~55mm KE despite having ~2.2x time more composite, worst case scenarios should be able to provide an armor KE protection increase minimum of ~150mm KE
which would be ~550mm KE(gunner side) and with the DU package previously increase around 1.5 times more KE protection which would be around 825mm KE for the model with DU(exclude generation since gaijin dont do that)
so id say domestic would be able to pass 700mm KE, atleast frontally
