Can never go wrong with a Spitfire for low tier, but Typhoon is entirely depends on if/when it gets fixed

Spitfire sure but what about top tier euro figher or rafale?
Seeing as Britain is being brought up a lot, I would like to give a pointer to not sleep on the Crusader AA MK1 if you like to flank. 40mm AP belts can frontal pen most non heavy tanks in its br with a pretty good RoF.

Eurofighter should be better, but the Rafale has been buffed a lot and the EFT nerfed a lot. So it really comes down to what or if the the EFT gets fixed.
Italy is a lot of fun, but depends on your play style. It’s a lot of zooming around really fast and finding good sniping spots or flanks. So much flanking. Italian vehicles tend to be lightweight and vulnerable but also small, easy to conceal, and above Rank I and some of Rank II actually tends to have some really potent firepower. It’s a very skill-demanding tree so if you want a challenge it’s perfect, and there’s some real hidden gems in there. In addition you get to experience a little bit of the American, UK, German(though ik you already have experienced this one), and Soviet trees, as well as some neat quirky Hungarian vehicles. The strongest Italian lineups are 3.0-3.7, 6.0-6.7, 8.0, 9.3, and 10.3
Italian SPAAs kinda suffer ngl, as the CM52 and M42 are excellent, the R3 is fun but definitely overtiered (IRL it was a light recon vehicle not even an SPAA and it Gaijin nerfed the stabiliser to basically not work even though IRL it was a high speed full stabiliser). And after that you kinda have nothing until the Strela and OSA AKM (the ZSU-23 is ok but gets outclassed by all the Gepard-turret SPAAs at that BR).
If you’re more a fan of heavy tank gameplay don’t play Italy, there’s only one heavy tank in the whole tree and it’s the premium Tigris so… need I say more?
However if you like the speedy glass cannon Leopard/M18 style of gameplay, i.e. relying on mobility and being the first to spot and engage and then scooting away, then you’ll love Italy. The Italian Leopard 1A2 and the Leopard’s cousin the OF-40 both have laser rangefinders at 8.0 and that leopard mobility, plus better armour than the German 8.0 leopard so those are fun, and the 9.3 lineup with the excellent sniper Leo 1A5 with thermals DM33 and a laser warning system, the brawler T-72M1, the OF-40 Mk2 and MTCA with an insane turret traverse speed for urban maps, the VBC PT2 Autocannon rat, the underrated budget OTOMATIC in the VCC80/60, and my absolute beloved speedy boy the Centauro, it has to be one of if not THE most stacked 9.3 lineup in the game, it’s just missing a good 9.3 SPAA (SIDAM 25 Mistral should really be 9.3 not 9.7).
So yeah, to cut my rambling short, if you like brawling and being the head of the spear then Italy isn’t for you, but if you enjoy more strategic, mobile, manoeuvre warfare then Italy is insanely rewarding and just a lot of fun with an incredible number of unknown gems of vehicles(albeit a trend of over tiered vehicles cause of minor nation syndrome, but you learn to live with it)!

German guns are MUCH DIFFERENT from brit guns…at least lower tier brit guns (2pdr, 6pdr and 17pdr a bit less)
PzIVs, Panthers and Tigers provide a very good gun with great stock ammo and very good kill power…
Most Brit guns will require aiming and research of better ammo…not the “same” experience as german for sure…
I AM NOT saying it is a bad idea…brits are also fun…just making sure you are aware of the “differences”. It does get much better once you get 17pdrs and above…but be aware of the path going there…

for ground i recently start grinding italy and its been alot of fun, china has many strange vehicles too and these have mixed concepts in weaponry or munition so instead of a copy vehicles feel like some kind of prototype variant from the regular ones and israel starts at higher tier so you can skip the low tiers if you prefer 6.0+, USSR higher tiers have many interesting vehicles too

USA it may not be the best in top tier however in mid tier it very fun with the T34 and the Shermans.
