There is no publicly released document. Someone posted Rafael’s presentation from IAV 2021 and I took a couple screenshots. It was taken down since then. This is the only publicly available source AFAIK.
I found this report by an idf general about the second Lebanon war where he states that the merkava mk4
That says the merkava can take a hit from Kornets and take near minimal damage
