Namer armor

Oh hey, that Jam feature actually made it bearable for a bit…

That is Absurd.

well the jam still working lol

if gijin didn’t tell this i will stop firing the gun when red hot lol

All we need now is the armor to get fixed.

and reserve 30mm ammo, after someone takes your ammo box out youre pretty much useless (spikes are already bad so they dont even count)

I’ve died to losing my power systems frequently. It’s very annoying.

also getting overpressure by a heat round and getting all power systems is neat

It’s not patched

Strange, have survived pretty much all of my ammo detonations since the fix.

This happened in one of my last games.

He shot my ammo while I was firing, and it detonated my entire vehicle.

And here’s me getting Lolpenned by 105mm APFSDS at the worst possible angle imaginable on my Upper Front Plate despite it being from an 11.7 MAIN BATTLE TANK.

Gaijin: skill issue, obviously

In all seriousness I’m getting really fkn pissed over the names armor, especially the sides. I had one dude comment on yt about how the puma is actually the most protected if in the world, and that’s it’s better protected from the side than the named, so now my anger is through the roof at this point…

WHERE THE FK IS THE ARMOR GAIJIN

that’s look normal because that armor section is only less tick then the rest of and the angle of that section is not the rest of it too.

it’s because they messed up the armor on the merkava 4s and since the namer uses the same hull bada bing bada boom pile of garbage

I was really looking forward to this vehicle and I’m still grinding for it, but reading the forums it seems like a huge disappointment, like the rest of the tech tree.
I had high hopes for the Merkavas. Disappointing from the Mk. 1 to the very last Mk. 4 (APS is a very niche gimmick). No SPAA worth mentioning. The Saraph is quite okay, but the speed and trajectory of the Hellfires are awful, rendering useless on maps with dense foliage and city maps. Can’t say anything about planes as I avoid those, but overall the whole TT is held back by artificial nerfs.

Israeli aviation is mostly US with some tweaks.

Ayit is great little bugger and decent CAS, but moved to 9.7 it screws lineups unless you have Merk 2D and Tzefa DE. Kurnass 2000 is… not liking multipath changes and then its still a Phantom, outdated airframe at 11.3 stuck with flare hungry IR missiles. Barak 2 and Baz Mashuwhatwasit are kinda downgraded versions of US F-16C and F-15C respectively.

If I could show you the clip, I would, but my recording software aint working.

Basically, he shot the lower lip and it rode up my composite and penetrated the upper front.

the AH-60 and the Merkava 4 have a few things going for them.

Firstly the AH-60 gets 16 spikes and they almost always hit helicopters. It’s insanely good at that.

Secondly, the Merkava 4 might not have the armor it should, but similarly to the T-80 series, it doesn’t get slow in bad terrain. This means the Merkava 4 gets around much better than the Leopards and Abrams.

That’s about all the praise I have for it though.

Interesting, I have always had the opposite experience. Once you get the mobility modifications on the Abrams it gets around a bit better than the Merkava.

The M1 Abrams at 10.3 is faster, but the 11.3 and 11.7 Abrams are heavy and bog down in turns. The Merkava doesn’t.
