Localization mods are almost always the best, putting the best or closest to what the name was likely, compared to what the snail tends to name things.

The lack of weapons in the prototype is a big plus. Due to the fact that it does not have 30mm cannons and has weaker engines, its BR will be much lower than Kikka from the game

If you count the I-400 class ships, that’s how they designed them. If it’s an ordinary aircraft carrier, then no.
It was planned to create variants of the Kikka and Ohka aircraft that were to be launched from the catapult of I-400 class ships. Nothing was planned for regular aircraft carriers for a few reasons.

I’ve been going through a rework of Japan for my mod (for a second time) and for it I’m also making a Japanese localization package, so here is the name done correctly assuming that the M7N designation is correct, which seems more likely because the Fujihana never left the drawing board.
This comes out to Nakajima Aircraft | Experimental Kikka Kai Model 21 Ko | M7N1-J Ko.
Considering the ingame one has new engines and had guns that the real Kikka never had, this is a teensy little bit of guesstimation to get the 21型甲 (Model 21 Ko) part. The -J part in M7N1-J is because the guns and classification ingame make it a jet fighter, but because it was classed as a special attacker and this would be a fighter conversion, it becomes M7N1-J instead of M7N1. This is the same reason that the N1K2 has a -J.
It’d be an odd addition, but having this in ground battles could be interesting.

A plane as useless as this should not be added, it wont be worth playing no matter what Br it is at. If it is to be made usable at least the single 30mm cannon should be added, which then basically gives us the pre engine buff Kikka we had years ago, which i think should be added as a separate plane at around 6.0
Arado 234 B does just fine being slower, also with no guns, but with a better bombload. This will play similarly.
The Arado doesn’t do fine, its useless in any mode other than tank rb (and maybe sim?), and even in tank rb its a very meh attacker compared to others around its br like the 50mm and jabo 262, 229 and 234 C3. Imo it should have it’s prototype gun pods added or removed and made into a reoccurring event vehicle like the Maus.
It is a VERY strong jet bomber in ground modes, and can be almost uncatchable if used properly. The bombsight allows it to stay well out of SPAA range too.
I would argue that the Kikka Prototype is even more useless than the B-2 Arado since the B-2 at least have multiple bomb drops, the Kikka Prototype only has the one bomb drop
Being untouchable doesn’t mean anything if you are basically out of the fight after the bomb drop which the Kikka Prototype would basically be in that situation
So? It’s an attacker. Go back to base and get more ordnance.
