My over 10 years old account was temporarily hacked and now I'm banned?!

most games actually, R6S, COD, BF, WOT, WOWS, Enlisted, Crossout, Minecraft, Forza horizon, Forza motorsports, etc etc. They don’t care if your account was supposedly hacked, they just ban accounts that break terms of service agreements regardless of who is using the account.

??? what ???

well then they went above and beyond to help you probably because your email was changed and they could tell it was not your email it got changed to.

Simple become a yutuber, then even if they steal your account 100 times and give it back to you, in my opinion it’s a bit of a mistake, because if there is evidence that someone hacked and the support has information about it and does nothing about it and then gives you a ban, then it looks bad, and I know that ble ble ble protect your account in two stages, Okay, but if I secure them like this and then someone breaks into me, will they help me? Two-step verification can be easily cheated, Gaijn should take more care of the playerS.

Its prove that my WarThunder Account was hacked, I reportet it to Gaijin with the log in IPs. Someone logged in from Russia and play with my account. He created vehicle decks in Russian Speech (Cyrillic). I have documented everything. But no support. And now banned without reason.

Please submit a support ticket; that’s the best advice I can offer. Additionally, ensure that you activate two-factor authentication for the future.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Gaijin Customer Support.

If you believe that your account has been compromised, you urgently need to do the following:

Change your email account password as soon as possible
Change your Gaijin account password
Enable the 2-step authentication service for all accounts

We suggest running a virus scan and making sure that your accounts are safe by changing your passwords, this includes your Steam account password as well if you have one since access to the game can be made through Steam which bypasses the 2fa.

You could reset your password via this link: Gaijin Entertainment - Single Sign On

Please enable the two-step authorization following the instructions set forth in this article: https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/articles/203623622

Unfortunately, we are not able to revert any of the changes made, the security of your account is strictly your responsibility.

Best regards,

Support Specialist (ISL)

There’s no point wasting time arguing with people on the forum, because even steam if they rob your account even from $1 and you give evidence, they will help you right away, what gaijn does is just weak

Look here! I reportet it on 1. August, this was the answer and now I got banned!

Consider creating a new account and taking this as a valuable lesson.

I understand how devastating it can be if something like this happens. To protect yourself, avoid sharing personal information and change your password regularly.

Additionally, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

You honestly think I’m starting from the beginning after more than 10 years? Do you know how many hours I have in there? Just for the sake of my mental health, I will never touch this game again and delete all the channels I follow. If the support doesn’t do anything, the game is dead for me, forever.

If someone were to lie about the answer they’ve given, the truth would eventually come to light. All IP addresses are logged, so if someone claimed their account was hacked after cheating or mistakenly spending in-game currency, investigators could trace their local and PC IP addresses, gateway information, and reach a conclusion.

I know your concern, but you will eventually come back, they all do

So you agree that whatever you did was stupid … apparently you did something to allow it to happen based on your statement.

Would think you would have learned from this experience.

Bye

Apparently there is a reason …

so your blaming the company for banning the account despite them saying that it’s your responsibility to keep it secure and that someone using it to hack is your fault and it doesn’t matter if it was you or not, (they will ban an account for violating tos regardless of if it was hacked or not).

If you suspect your account was used by someone else to commit any forbidden actions, please contact Support, if possible with proof for other, unusual login locations. You should also check your login history in your profile and email notifications for any logins from unusual locations.
