Hello,i was going to start playing again but when i logged in my name was changed to some russian letters,and i was banned for cheating. What can i do? im from chile,not russia. it seems like my account was hacked and used for cheating.

I would change the password ASAP…and also contact support QUICKLY before some harsh measures hit your account.
THAT SAID…bear in mind that support gets a lot of “The cat did it” stories and has to handle REAL hackers…so they will be wary and doubtful of your problem…try to document the issue and remain “positive”.
