My account has been suspended because it says I used cheating software.
However, I am absolutely certain that I have never used any cheats. My account was created in 2014, so it has been 10 years. I have no reason to use cheating software. I am also sure that the ban was caused by a hacker attack on my account. I living in Taiwan.
I tried contacting support and provided all the documents that could prove my innocence, but it was to no avail.
I think it’s time to quit this game. Ten years of time have turned to ashes. I no longer have the motivation to play again.
This is the first time I have ever felt so powerless.
