yes france should get mirage III S
and using the same rule germany should get all leopard 1 and 2 and its modification(even the local one), get amx 30 super(german company build the upgrade), us should get all f4, f5, f15, f16, f18, ah64 and its modification, soviet should get all the su, mig, bmp, btr, t72, t80, uk should get all the centurion, hunter, harrier, etc

but, Mirage IIIS a plane that was operated solely and exclusively by the swiss, and swiss is being introduced as subtree to the game.
hence germany getting Mirage IIIS.

Swiss tree is now in germany. So yes I want a Mirage IIIS in germany, because its Swiss and me too.
GJ never moves planes that were released earlier to the nation tree, so Milaan will never move. Same for others, like the Merkava 3D in US tree.

its not matter of gap needing fixed. german plane would suffice for that.
its matter of country being added as subtree, with plane that was operated exclusively by the airforce of the country thats being added as subtree.
