Mirage F1C-200 should move to 11.3 (air battle)

The F1C 200 is like, the most appropriately tiered premium in the game atm? Offensively it’s mixed between meh SARHs, and two of the best IRs at the BR by far. Defensively its RWR is a little lacking, but it still has great survivability from the insane countermeasure amount. And its flight model is fairly decent all around.

The plane has things it trades off, but it does so in such a way it still ends up being a fairly well rounded all around plane. It has no reason to drop in BR, especially not to 11.3

Even aside from how fitting it is up at it’s current BR, moving it down would have major problems. At 11.3 you’d be able to fight flareless jets. Which would just be unnaceptable to have some of the highest G all aspect missiles in the game fighting flareless jets.

Given stuff like the Tornado Gr4 and Mirage 2000D are 12.3 with 2x IRCCM missiles. The F1C-200 is doing exceptionally well at 12.0 already

reviving this post, i wanna say some things about the Mirage F1C-200 ang why it’s at 12.0:

  1. first off, and nobody can’t complain about it: it’s at 12.0 due to the Magic 2s and no HMS, which gives a huge advantage since they’re almost impossible to dodge and can get targets at almost 3km.

  2. Matra Super 530F aren’t good missiles, but they aren’t the worst too. they are silent missiles due to being tracked by Pulse and not Pulse Doppler (they never used Pulse Doppler till 530D), but being tracked by Pulse means that if ur enemy drops 1 single and insignificant chaff, it’s over.

  3. the plane has a very good FM with insane thrust (it defeated me in my MiG-23MLD in a straight line race) and 2 amazing 30mm cannons that can shred anything they aim.

  4. the plane has an insane amount of CM and even large/reinforced CM which are super useful when defending against any type of missile.

Mutually exclusive, as gatewidth IRCCM at 3km more or less always gets 1 flared, exceptions are very few and far between.

In <2km they are great though, theres that.

it’s both slower than it with the mlds wings swept back and it turns worse than the 23mld with the wings out. And the acceleration is massively better with the mld

idk, i was in mid-air fighting with a F-4 that got killed by my teammate and when i wanted to reach the Mirage, i was flying at mach 1.08 and the Mirage was still faster (even if MLD has better acceleration)

this dude literally made a video about the Mirage F1C-200 in 2025 (against F/A-18A, F-16, etc) and he just makes a review of the plane where he even wins against a MiG-23ML.

and i can say i watched the video cuz i wanted to buy Mirage F1C-200 when it was 50% off but i couldn’t buy it on time ;c
